Single-family house, built in 1972. 1.4 km from the sea. Private: natural state property 1'699 m2. In the house: washing machine. Parking at the house. E-charging station. Grocery 2 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Blåvand

Small, busy bathing resort with 200 inhabitants, in the western part of the region, directly by the sea, 38 km north-west from Esbjerg. In the resort: supermarket, shops, butchery, bakery, boutiques, restaurant, bar, museum. Wellness centre, fitness centre. Besides: pharmacy. Sights Blåvand Bolcher 500 m, Blåvandshuk Fyr 2 km, Kids' club Play City 2 km.

Summer

Sandy beach, 10 km long, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children, 2.5 km from the resort. Surfing. Golf course 18 hole 8 km. Minigolf. Riding. Fishing. Climbing park. Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles and mountain bikes for hire.

Insgesamt waren wir etwas enttäuscht. Das kleine Schlafzimmer mit dem Stockbett ist eigentlich nicht nutzbar. Es riecht muffig und die Matratzen sind sehr schlecht. Außerdem war es voll gestellt. Für Leute, die extra 3 Schlafzimmer buchen, sehr ärgerlich. Auch das andere Schlafzimmer im Haupthaus war sehr feucht. Das einzig wirklich nutzbare Zimmer, war das im Nebenhaus. Zudem gibt es sehr wenig Möglichkeiten, Kleidung unterzubringen. Es gibt keine Steckdose im Badezimmer und somit keine Möglichkeit das Badezimmer mit einer der beiden mobilen Heizungen ein wenig zu heizen. Im Haupthaus gibt es nur diese beiden mobilen Heizungen und einen kleinen Holzofen, der es nicht wirklich geschafft hat, das Haus warm zu machen. Das W LAN funktionierte nicht. Wir meldeten das Problem am Sonntagmittag, es sollte am selben Tag behoben werden. Leider bekamen wir erst am Montagmittag/ Nachmittag einen mobilen w LAN Router. Pluspunkte: das Schlafzimmer im Nebenhaus ist schön, die Duschen funktionieren gut, die Lage ist ruhig und man kann in ca 20 Minuten an den Strand laufen.

Ein altes, kleines Ferienhaus mit einem Gästehaus nebenan in idyllischer, ruhiger Lage. Große Holzveranda. Sehr sonnig. Leider keine Liegen und kein Sonnenschirm vorhanden. Das Haupthaus ist sehr einfach eingerichtet. Ohne Liebe. Der Wohnbereich ist einigermaßen gemütlich. Heller Holzfußboden. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Allerdings ist das Fenster komplett blind. Das Bad ist eine Katastrophe. Dunkel. Spiegel verrostet. Milchglasfenster und vergittert. Das Schlafzimmer mit dem Etagenbett ist unbewohnbar. Es riecht feucht. Eher Abstellraum. Das andere Schlafzimmer ist ok. Aber alt, kahl und ungemütlich. Das Gästehaus hat ein schönes großes Schlafzimmer mit 2 bequemen Betten. Das Bad mit Dusche ist sehr gut. Das Haus punktet mit der tollen Lage und dem Gästehaus. Für 2 Personen ganz ok.

The house is in a super location with a nice view and is in a quiet area. We felt that the small bedroom in the main building needs tidying up and the mattresses on the bunk beds were not very comfortable. We also felt the summer house was slightly over priced considering the overall quality of furniture and finish. We also believe we left the house cleaner than we found though the bathrooms and kitchen we did find spotless. Overall we enjoyed our stay though some investment in outdoor furniture and a tidy up could improve the experience.
