House/Residence

Single-family house, built in 1998. 1 km from the sea. Private: natural state property 1'550 m2. Barbecue. In the house: trampoline, washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking at the house. Grocery 300 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Blåvand

Small, busy bathing resort with 200 inhabitants, in the western part of the region, directly by the sea, 38 km north-west from Esbjerg. In the resort: supermarket, shops, butchery, bakery, boutiques, restaurant, bar, museum. Wellness centre, fitness centre. Besides: pharmacy. Sights Blåvand Bolcher 500 m, Blåvandshuk Fyr 2 km, Kids' club Play City 2 km.

Summer

Sandy beach, 10 km long, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children, 2.5 km from the resort. Surfing. Golf course 18 hole 8 km. Minigolf. Riding. Fishing. Climbing park. Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles and mountain bikes for hire.

Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgesta...

Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Die technischen Geräte sind alle neu, Internet (200 MBit up-&down) und eine Apple-TV, die allerdings bei Filmen aufgrund von Copyright-Bedenken nicht immer funktioniert. Das liegt dann aber an Apple und nicht an der Ausstattung... Die Lage ist sehr zentral (2 Minuten in die "Innenenstadt"), liegt aber trotzdem sehr abgeschieden und tendenziell ruhig - zumindest wenn keine Truppenübungen sind. Das ist aber auch ein bekanntest Thema, wenn man in Blavand Urlaub macht. Das Spielzimmer (Pool, Tischtennis und Dart) haben wir reichlich genutzt - auch wenn die Tische etwas kleinere Maße haben. Den Whirlpool haben wir nicht genutzt. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Urlaub in einem tollen Haus.

Ein sehr schönes, neues Haus mit guter Ausstattung für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Sehr ruhig und doch nur 3 Minuten Fußweg zum Zentrum von Blavand. Ideal auch für Hundebesitzer. Vielen Dank! Bis zum nächsten Mal. LG

Es ist ein sehr schönes Ferien... Jörg F.

Es ist ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus welches sich in einem absoluten neuwertigem TOP Zustand befindet. Das Ferienhaus ist nur 300m von der Einkaufsmöglichkeit entfernt und ist sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Trotzdem liegt das Haus sehr ruhig und man hört nichts vom Einkaufsgeschehen. Da das Haus eine Photovoltaikanlage besitzt, wäre es schön diesen Strom auch vergünstigt an die Mieter weiter zu geben. Bei uns wurde der Preis kurz vor Antritt des Urlaubs von 0,54 EUR je KWh auf 0,87 EUR je KWh erhöht. Dieses wurde uns jedoch rechtzeitig vorab von Sonne und Strand mitgeteilt. Des Weiteren wird in diesem Haus auch der Wasserverbrauch mit 8,03 EUR je m3 berechnet. Dieses sollte man vor Buchung beachten.
