House/Residence

Single-family house, built in 1998. 800 m from the sea. Private: natural state property 200 m2. Terrace (40 m2), barbecue. In the house: washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking at the house. Grocery 100 m. Golf course 7 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Blåvand

Small, busy bathing resort with 200 inhabitants, in the western part of the region, directly by the sea, 38 km north-west from Esbjerg. In the resort: supermarket, shops, butchery, bakery, boutiques, restaurant, bar, museum. Wellness centre, fitness centre. Besides: pharmacy. Sights Blåvand Bolcher 500 m, Blåvandshuk Fyr 2 km, Kids' club Play City 2 km.

Summer

Sandy beach, 10 km long, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children, 2.5 km from the resort. Surfing. Golf course 18 hole 8 km. Minigolf. Riding. Fishing. Climbing park. Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles and mountain bikes for hire.

Gepflegtes und gut ausgestattetes Reihenhaus. Im unteren Wohnbereich und auf der Terrasse ausreichend Platz für 6 Personen. Die Schlafzimmer unter dem Dach sind schon relativ klein und man sollte seine Mitreisenden gut kennen.

Das Haus ist in einem guten Zu...

Das Haus ist in einem guten Zustand und wie beschrieben. Leider war kein Haartrockner vorhanden, konnte aber günstig bei Spar vor Ort erworben werden. Das einzige Manko waren die Schlafzimmer: zu wenig Stauraum und v.a. die Matratzen waren uns allen zu weich. Die Lage war super. Fußläufig waren viele Geschäfte und Restaurants sowie Spar erreichbar. Auch zum Stand waren es nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Trotzdem war die Anlage (Reihenhaussiedlung) ruhig.
