House/Residence

Single-family house, built in 1980. 1.5 km from the sea. Private: natural state property 3'300 m2. Terrace (40 m2), barbecue, children's playground (swing). In the house: washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking at the house. Carport. E-charging station. Grocery 1.8 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Blåvand

Small, busy bathing resort with 200 inhabitants, in the western part of the region, directly by the sea, 38 km north-west from Esbjerg. In the resort: supermarket, shops, butchery, bakery, boutiques, restaurant, bar, museum. Wellness centre, fitness centre. Besides: pharmacy. Sights Blåvand Bolcher 500 m, Blåvandshuk Fyr 2 km, Kids' club Play City 2 km.

Summer

Sandy beach, 10 km long, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children, 2.5 km from the resort. Surfing. Golf course 18 hole 8 km. Minigolf. Riding. Fishing. Climbing park. Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles and mountain bikes for hire.

Sehr schönes gemütliches Ferienhaus. Sehr empfehlenswert für Kinder, Spielhaus vorhanden. Durch die verschiedenen Terrassen kann man der Sonne folgen oder dem Schatten, ganz wie man möchte.

In diesem Ferienhaus haben wir uns als Familie mit zwei Kleinkindern sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist kürzlich mit einem feinen Gespür für Material, Farbe und Qualität saniert worden. Da die Besitzer (ebenfalls mit zwei Kindern) auch temporär im Haus wohnen, ist die Ausstattung (Küche, Spielzeug, Garten) überdurchschnittlich. Dieses Ferienhaus ist nicht von der Stange, sondern ein liebevolles und gemütliches Heim. Besonders zu erwähnen ist auch die Lage des Gebäudes. Das Haus steht recht frei in der Siedlung ohne starken Baumbewuchs. Somit hat man den ganzen Tag über Sonne und kann sie auf den unterschiedlichen Bereichen der Terrasse geniessen. Der Hauptinnenraum wird von drei Seiten aus belichtet und ist entsprechend hell. Wir können dieses Haus uneingeschränt empfehlen, wenn man in dieser Ecke von Dänemark Urlaub machen möchte.

Die Lage des Hauses ist super . Aber das Haus ist total überteuert . Wir fahren seit 18 Jahren 3 mal im Jahr nach Dänemark in unterschiedliche Regionen und immer andere Häuser aber die Gartenmöbel in diesem Haus waren ein Witz . Alte Holzstühle total unbequem. Für den Preis etwas besseres erwartet. Das Sofa war total durchgesessen und auch sehr unbequem. Die Betten wie immer in Dänemark super .

Hallo Danke für deine Nachricht Das Haus verfügt über neue Gartenmöbel, Tische, Stühle und Sonnenliegen wurden ersetzt. Für Gartenmöbel aus Holz gibt es eine Kissenbox mit Kissen. Das Sofa war bei Ihrem Besuch neu. Es ist weich, weil die Hausbesitzer ein weiches Sofa genießen. Es kommt darauf an, wofür du bist :) im Verhältnis zum Preis Blåvand ist eine einzigartige Gegend in Dänemark und hier stimmt der Preis, denn die Geschäfte sind das ganze Jahr über geöffnet und die Landschaft ist sehr schön. Wir können einen Aufenthalt außerhalb der Hochsaison empfehlen :), wenn Sie die höchsten Preise vermeiden möchten
