Single-family house, built in 1998. 2.5 km from the sea. Private: natural state property 2'808 m2. Terrace (62 m2). In the house: sauna, washing machine. Parking at the house. Grocery 1 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Blåvand

Small, busy bathing resort with 200 inhabitants, in the western part of the region, directly by the sea, 38 km north-west from Esbjerg. In the resort: supermarket, shops, butchery, bakery, boutiques, restaurant, bar, museum. Wellness centre, fitness centre. Besides: pharmacy. Sights Blåvand Bolcher 500 m, Blåvandshuk Fyr 2 km, Kids' club Play City 2 km.

Summer

Sandy beach, 10 km long, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children, 2.5 km from the resort. Surfing. Golf course 18 hole 8 km. Minigolf. Riding. Fishing. Climbing park. Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles and mountain bikes for hire.

Das Ferienhaus ist modern sowie gemütlich eingerichtet und mit allem was man benötigt ausgestattet. Es ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, es liegt etwas abseits vom Trubel der Stadt. Hat eine gute Ausgangslage für Unternehmung, ob zu Fuß, Fahrrad oder Auto. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen und erholsamen Urlaub und können dieses Ferienhaus nur empfehlen, denn es ist eins der besten Häuser, die wir bisher gemietet hatten.

Ein sehr schönes und gepflegtes hyggeliges Haus in ruhiger Umgebung am Ende einer Sackgasse. Schnelles Internet, großer Fernseher. Alle Einrichtungen und Geräte sind neuwertig und funktionierten einwandfrei. Ausreichend Platz für eigene Kleidung und andere Sachen in den Schränken. Bequeme Betten. Tolles naturbelassenes, aber trotzdem gepflegtes Dünengrundstück mit Bäumen und ausreichend Abstand und Sichtschutz zu Nachbarhäusern. Die einzigen Kritikpunkte sind: Keine Biergläser vorhanden, nur 1 Hausschlüssel bei 2 abzuschließenden Türen. Haustür + Terrassentür lassen sich auch von innen nur mit Schlüssel verriegeln + entriegeln => Gefahr bei einem nächtlichen Brandfall, wenn beide Türen abgeschlossen sind und man die eine Tür nicht öffnen kann, weil der Schlüssel an der anderen Tür steckt, wo es evtl. schon brennt oder der Ablageort des Schlüssels bereits durch das Feuer unzugänglich ist), leider keine Duschkabine, sondern nur Duschvorhang, der einem immer am Körper klebt.
