Single-family house, built in 2007. 500 m from the sea. Private: property 1'200 m2, well-kept garden. Terrace (75 m2), barbecue, children's playground (swing). In the house: sauna, table football, washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking at the house. Grocery 5 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Sydals

Complex, in the south-eastern part of the region, directly by the sea, in the countryside, 135 km south-west from Fredericia, 205 km south-east from Århus. In Hørup 5 - 20 km: supermarket, butchery, bakery, post office, bank, restaurant, bar. Indoor aquatic centre, wellness centre, fitness centre at 10 - 25 km. Besides: doctor. More possibilities for shopping and entertainment 10 - 25 km. Sights Kegenæs Lighthouse 10 km, Kids' club Danfoss Universe 20 km.

Summer

All watersports available in 5 - 15 km. Sandy beach, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children. Surfing. Golf course 18 hole. Minigolf. Riding. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles for hire. The south-eastern stretch of coast is a true Eldorado for both children and adults. All kinds of beach and water-sport activities are practised here. The many sandy beaches are very child-friendly because of the shallow and calm water. Behind the coast the landscape is characterized by woods, preserved plantation landscapes, lakes and streams. The 'mountain' Himmelbjerget by the lakes of Silkeborg provides you with Denmark's highest view. Here you can enjoy the beautiful nature from a canoe or from one of the many boats that sail in the area. Skamlingsbanken by Binderup is a scenic nature area and with its 113 metres above sea level also the highest point in south eastern Jutland. Als is absolutely worth visiting too. Als is regarded as one of Denmark's most beautiful and green islands.

Wir haben uns im Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Ausblick auf das Meer ist fantastisch. Wer die Ruhe liebt ist hier genau richtig. Wir kämen gerne wieder. Den Außenbereich mit Grillecke konnten wir leider nicht nutzen, da der Grill nicht gereinigt war und sich dort Grünalgenbelag befand. Das sollte bitte geändert werden.

Schitterende ligging. Mooie afwerking. Hoog uitrustingsniveau van de keuken. Nette en comfortabele zitmeubels. Voorzieningen om buiten te eten en te ontspannen zijn werkelijk enorm.

Leider haben wir etwas anderes erwartet. Die Außenanlage war sehr ungepflegt. Alles dreckig und karputt. Im Haus : Wir sind am Sonntag Abend angereist. Ich finde das es zum Service gehört ,das zumindestens etwasToilettenpapier und ein Stück Seife da ist. Leider war das nicht so. Die Bettdecken und Kopfkissen standen steif vor Dreck. Die waren nicht weiß,sondern gelb. Einfach nur eckelig.

Ein richtig schönes Haus!!! Wir haben unsere Erholungszeit in diesem sehr schönen, stilvollen, gut eingerichteten und gemütlichen Haus sehr genossen! Selten in DK, so ein Haus gehabt! Zum ausspannen vom stressigen Alltag, genau das richtige ... dies liegt allerdings auch an der sehr ruhigen und idyllischen Lage. Man sollte, wenn man nicht immer erst das Auto nehmen möchte, wirklich an alles denken, einpacken und vorsorgen! Supermarkt/Bäcker ca. 6 km entfernt... Restaurants leider in der Nähe keine vorhanden. Dieses Haus, immer wieder gerne ... allerdings an einem anderen Standpunkt!

Tolle Umgebung, Nähe zur Ostsee ist super. Strand ist Steinstrand. Für Personen mit Einschränkungen beim Gehen könnte der Strandspaziergang sehr anstrengend werden. Das Haus ist toll. Es hat jedoch nur einen Waschraum mit Toilette, Waschbecken, Sauna und Whirpool. Wir haben uns trotzdem sehr wohl gefühlt und uns gut entspannt. Das Haus würden wir wieder buchen.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub und ein sehr schönes Haus!!! Sehr gepflegt, schön groß und eine tolle Terrasse… Der Ausblick ist ein Traum, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Vielen Dank 😊

Essen, gerade Nudeln, Brot und... Timo R.

Essen, gerade Nudeln, Brot und Suskram von zu Hause aus mitnehmen, sowie Alkohol. Schlösser und Burgen in der Umgebung unbedingt besuchen. Und viel Natur erleben, es gibt herliche Strände zum spazieren gehen oder auch kleine Wäldchen.
