Single-family house, built in 1997. 100 m from the sea. Private: property 800 m2, well-kept garden. Barbecue, children's playground. In the house: sauna, washing machine. Parking at the house. Grocery 4 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Sydals

Complex, in the south-eastern part of the region, directly by the sea, in the countryside, 135 km south-west from Fredericia, 205 km south-east from Århus. In Hørup 5 - 20 km: supermarket, butchery, bakery, post office, bank, restaurant, bar. Indoor aquatic centre, wellness centre, fitness centre at 10 - 25 km. Besides: doctor. More possibilities for shopping and entertainment 10 - 25 km. Sights Kegenæs Lighthouse 10 km, Kids' club Danfoss Universe 20 km.

Summer

All watersports available in 5 - 15 km. Sandy beach, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children. Surfing. Golf course 18 hole. Minigolf. Riding. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles for hire. The south-eastern stretch of coast is a true Eldorado for both children and adults. All kinds of beach and water-sport activities are practised here. The many sandy beaches are very child-friendly because of the shallow and calm water. Behind the coast the landscape is characterized by woods, preserved plantation landscapes, lakes and streams. The 'mountain' Himmelbjerget by the lakes of Silkeborg provides you with Denmark's highest view. Here you can enjoy the beautiful nature from a canoe or from one of the many boats that sail in the area. Skamlingsbanken by Binderup is a scenic nature area and with its 113 metres above sea level also the highest point in south eastern Jutland. Als is absolutely worth visiting too. Als is regarded as one of Denmark's most beautiful and green islands.

Wir hatten ein paar tolle Tage trotz des regenreichen Wetter . Die Kinder haben mir viel Freude die schönen Spielsachen im Haus nutzen können. Leider hatten wir aber auch ein negativen Punkt. Nachts haben wir doch schon ein paar Ungeziefer am Haus gehört.

Das Haus ist soweit ganz ok. Küche und Bad sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, dürfte gerne mal in Zukunft erneuert werden. Das würde das Haus deutlich aufwerten. In der Gegend war recht wenig los. Nächste offene Restaurants waren in Sonderborg.

Schönes Haus, mit einem tollen Blick auf die Ostsee. Ruhige Lage. Ein Sonnenschirm und Liegen fehlten. Sonst alles super, würden wir wieder buchen.

Wer Spaß daran hat morgens ab 6 Uhr mit dem Baggerführer über die Baufortschritte auf dem Nachbargrundstück zu sinnieren, das tägliche säuseln der Rasenmäher liebt oder persönliche Besuche der Eigentümerfamilie schätzt, sollte in einem sehr tierlieben Haus besser nicht seinen Hund sondern seine Katze mitbringen, die dann nachts sehr wahrscheinlich auf ihrer Kosten kommt. Wir wollten nur einen unbehelligten Urlaub im schönen Dänemark
