Single-family house, built in 1976. 525 m from the sea. Private: property 928 m2, well-kept garden. Terrace (40 m2). In the house: washing machine. Parking at the house. Grocery 1.7 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Sydals

Complex, in the south-eastern part of the region, directly by the sea, in the countryside, 135 km south-west from Fredericia, 205 km south-east from Århus. In Hørup 5 - 20 km: supermarket, butchery, bakery, post office, bank, restaurant, bar. Indoor aquatic centre, wellness centre, fitness centre at 10 - 25 km. Besides: doctor. More possibilities for shopping and entertainment 10 - 25 km. Sights Kegenæs Lighthouse 10 km, Kids' club Danfoss Universe 20 km.

Summer

All watersports available in 5 - 15 km. Sandy beach, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children. Surfing. Golf course 18 hole. Minigolf. Riding. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles for hire. The south-eastern stretch of coast is a true Eldorado for both children and adults. All kinds of beach and water-sport activities are practised here. The many sandy beaches are very child-friendly because of the shallow and calm water. Behind the coast the landscape is characterized by woods, preserved plantation landscapes, lakes and streams. The 'mountain' Himmelbjerget by the lakes of Silkeborg provides you with Denmark's highest view. Here you can enjoy the beautiful nature from a canoe or from one of the many boats that sail in the area. Skamlingsbanken by Binderup is a scenic nature area and with its 113 metres above sea level also the highest point in south eastern Jutland. Als is absolutely worth visiting too. Als is regarded as one of Denmark's most beautiful and green islands.

Schönes gemütliches kleines Haus mit optimaler Ausstattung. Grundstück ist schön angelegt und bietet guten Sichtschutz und viel Spielfläche. Zu beachtet: keine Waschmaschine. Leider riecht es in im Haus sehr muffig.

Das Haus ist klein und gemütlich, man fühlt sich sehr wohl und es fehlt an nichts. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, die Matratzen sind leider etwas weich. Trotzdem hat das Haus auch einige Macken: an den drei Terrassenfenstern fehlen jegliche Möglichkeiten der Verdunkelung, so dass das Haus im Bereich des Wohnraumes in der dunklen Jahreszeit bei Beleuchtung von außen komplett einsehbar ist und man keine Privatsphäre hat, die Toilette ist sehr klein, so dass Menschen mit langen Beinen leider quer auf der Schüssel sitzen müssen, insgesamt scheint das Haus auch schlecht isoliert zu sein, eine durch den Kamin am Abend erreichte angenehme Temperatur, ist relativ schnell wieder abgesunken und muss mit Wärmepumpe unterstützt werden, um zumindest die 20° im Haus zu halten.

Super sødt, varmt og charmerende hus, men mange fine detaljer. Meget stille område, hvilket af vores mening er perfekt. Området Als har dog ikke mange tilbud mår ferien er med børn.

Sehr empfehlenswert, wenn auch etwas teurer.Herrliche Umgebung,viel Natur und Ruhe. Ostsee fußläufig zu erreichen,große Grundstücke,für Kinder gut geeignet. Service:negativ - Warten auf den Schlüssel,Tiefkühlschrank ging erst am 4.Tag (keine Anleitung) und soll abgetaut werden, schafft man zeitlich nicht.
