Single-family house, built in 2008. 700 m from the sea. Private: property 1'098 m2, well-kept garden. Outdoor shower, terrace (50 m2), barbecue. In the house: sauna, washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking at the house. Carport. Grocery 2 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Sydals

Complex, in the south-eastern part of the region, directly by the sea, in the countryside, 135 km south-west from Fredericia, 205 km south-east from Århus. In Hørup 5 - 20 km: supermarket, butchery, bakery, post office, bank, restaurant, bar. Indoor aquatic centre, wellness centre, fitness centre at 10 - 25 km. Besides: doctor. More possibilities for shopping and entertainment 10 - 25 km. Sights Kegenæs Lighthouse 10 km, Kids' club Danfoss Universe 20 km.

Summer

All watersports available in 5 - 15 km. Sandy beach, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children. Surfing. Golf course 18 hole. Minigolf. Riding. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles for hire. The south-eastern stretch of coast is a true Eldorado for both children and adults. All kinds of beach and water-sport activities are practised here. The many sandy beaches are very child-friendly because of the shallow and calm water. Behind the coast the landscape is characterized by woods, preserved plantation landscapes, lakes and streams. The 'mountain' Himmelbjerget by the lakes of Silkeborg provides you with Denmark's highest view. Here you can enjoy the beautiful nature from a canoe or from one of the many boats that sail in the area. Skamlingsbanken by Binderup is a scenic nature area and with its 113 metres above sea level also the highest point in south eastern Jutland. Als is absolutely worth visiting too. Als is regarded as one of Denmark's most beautiful and green islands.

Wir fanden ein perfekt gereinigtes und sehr gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus vor. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können dieses Haus unbedingt empfehlen.

Heerlijke woning, mooi schoon en voorzien van alle gemakken. Tuin heeft voldoende privacy en bescherming. Perfecte locatie voor kinderen (speelhuis en chillroom) maar ook voor ouderen (rust en ruimte). Ook voor kleine kinderen is afstand naar het strand prima te lopen. Kortom wij hebben genoten! P.s. De camera in kamer (benoemd in een eerdere reactie) is verwijderd door de eigenaar. Hierdoor is dit ook geen belemmering meer.

Das Ferienhaus ist wirklich schön, es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Das Haus war sehr sauber und aufgeräumt.

Das Ferienhaus ist soweit wunderschön und gut ausgestattet. Allerdings würde ich empfehlen die Kamera im Wohnzimmer abzudecken da diese ein direkter eingriff in die Privatsphäre ist und nach deutschem Recht nicht erlaubt ist. Einfach vom ersten Og mit hilfe eines Besens und eines Geschirrtuchs abdecken. Die direkte Umgebung ist eher ruhig und der Anliegende Ort auch kein klassischer Ferienort. Für Aktivitäten muss man eher weiter wegfahren. Alles in allem aber ein schöner Urlaub.

Ein sehr schönes gepflegtes Haus, wo alles sauber und ordentlich ist. Auch mit zwei kleinen Kindern sehr zu empfehlen. Wir werden mit Sicherheit wiederkommen.

Das beste Haus, das wir als langjährige Dänemarkurlauber jemals hatten. Obwohl es 2008 gebaut wurde, ist alles absolut neuwertig, top gepflegt u d bestens ausgestattet. Die Küchenaustattung ist perfekt und geht weit über das hinaus, was man in einem Ferienhaus erwartet (es gibt Kuchenformen, Pürierstab, Waage Auflaufformen in allen Größen etc....) Und die Aussendusche unterm Sternehimmel ist nach der Sauna ein Traum!
