Single-family house, built in 2007. 100 m from the sea. Private: property 824 m2, well-kept garden. Terrace (50 m2), children's playground (swing). In the house: sauna, washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking at the house. Grocery 4 km. Golf course 8 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Sydals

Complex, in the south-eastern part of the region, directly by the sea, in the countryside, 135 km south-west from Fredericia, 205 km south-east from Århus. In Hørup 5 - 20 km: supermarket, butchery, bakery, post office, bank, restaurant, bar. Indoor aquatic centre, wellness centre, fitness centre at 10 - 25 km. Besides: doctor. More possibilities for shopping and entertainment 10 - 25 km. Sights Kegenæs Lighthouse 10 km, Kids' club Danfoss Universe 20 km.

Summer

All watersports available in 5 - 15 km. Sandy beach, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children. Surfing. Golf course 18 hole. Minigolf. Riding. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles for hire. The south-eastern stretch of coast is a true Eldorado for both children and adults. All kinds of beach and water-sport activities are practised here. The many sandy beaches are very child-friendly because of the shallow and calm water. Behind the coast the landscape is characterized by woods, preserved plantation landscapes, lakes and streams. The 'mountain' Himmelbjerget by the lakes of Silkeborg provides you with Denmark's highest view. Here you can enjoy the beautiful nature from a canoe or from one of the many boats that sail in the area. Skamlingsbanken by Binderup is a scenic nature area and with its 113 metres above sea level also the highest point in south eastern Jutland. Als is absolutely worth visiting too. Als is regarded as one of Denmark's most beautiful and green islands.

Das Haus liegt in der Siedlung recht abgeschieden und sehr ruhig, der Blick aufs Wasser ist wirklich schön - auch aus der zweiten Reihe. Die Sonnenaufgänge sind im September vom Bett aus zu beobachten, die Fensterfront ist beeindruckend. Das Haus ist sehr hochwertig ausgerüstet, die Matratzen sind wirklich bequem, die Sitzecke gemütlich, die Küche ist modern und vollständig. Das große Bad ist sehr geräumig, die Dusche ist besonders (feste Türen!). Die Terrasse ist ebenfalls sehr, sehr wertig ausgestattet. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder - dann bringe ich mir aber Besteck mit (wirklich einziger Minuspunkt!)

Synes området er dejligt . Huset er rigtig godt , og var glad for og være tilbage efter 12 års fravær. Samt der er en dejlig strand , men med sten og en rigtig god badebro , så man er over stenene

Wir hatten einen tollen Familien Urlaub hier. Der steinige Strand war nicht weit entfernt und man konnte über einen Steg in Wasser. Der in ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß zuerreichende feine Sandstrand im Hafen von Mommark ist sehr schön zudem gibt es dort auch ein kleines Restaurant.

Der Kontakt bei der Schlüsselabholung war sehr nett. Das Ferienhaus hat uns bis auf die Dusche im großen Bad gut gefallen. (Der Duschkopf muss dringend ausgetauscht, weil eingerissen und die Dusche renoviert werden!!!) Alles was man so erwartet war vorhanden, bis auf Bedienungsanleitungen, die eigentlich immer im Sonne&Strand Ordner zu finden Sind. Wir kommen gern wieder, denn Mommark ist für uns ein wunderschönes Urlaubsziel, egal zu welcher Jahreszeit. Vi ses i Danmark :)

Dieses Haus haben wir bereis wieder für Herbst 2022 gebuchr, nur ein Tipp, Handfeger und Müllschippe wären hilfreich gewesen und bessere hellere Birnen in der Lampe über dem Esstisch, mussten Standleuchte dazustellen, war doch sehr dunkel beim Essen.
