Single-family house, built in 2019. 500 m from the sea. Private: property 1'069 m2, well-kept garden. Terrace (140 m2), barbecue, children's playground (slide, swing). In the house: sauna, washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking at the house. Grocery 5 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Sydals

Complex, in the south-eastern part of the region, directly by the sea, in the countryside, 135 km south-west from Fredericia, 205 km south-east from Århus. In Hørup 5 - 20 km: supermarket, butchery, bakery, post office, bank, restaurant, bar. Indoor aquatic centre, wellness centre, fitness centre at 10 - 25 km. Besides: doctor. More possibilities for shopping and entertainment 10 - 25 km. Sights Kegenæs Lighthouse 10 km, Kids' club Danfoss Universe 20 km.

Summer

All watersports available in 5 - 15 km. Sandy beach, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children. Surfing. Golf course 18 hole. Minigolf. Riding. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles for hire. The south-eastern stretch of coast is a true Eldorado for both children and adults. All kinds of beach and water-sport activities are practised here. The many sandy beaches are very child-friendly because of the shallow and calm water. Behind the coast the landscape is characterized by woods, preserved plantation landscapes, lakes and streams. The 'mountain' Himmelbjerget by the lakes of Silkeborg provides you with Denmark's highest view. Here you can enjoy the beautiful nature from a canoe or from one of the many boats that sail in the area. Skamlingsbanken by Binderup is a scenic nature area and with its 113 metres above sea level also the highest point in south eastern Jutland. Als is absolutely worth visiting too. Als is regarded as one of Denmark's most beautiful and green islands.

Vielen Dank, wir hatten einen sehr schönen Drei-Generationen-Urlaub. Die Aufteilung und Einrichtung des Hauses gefiel uns sehr.

Wir hatten in Mommark einen schönen erholsamen Urlaub. Das Ferienhaus liegt in einem schönen Ferienhausgebiet nicht weit von der Ostsee entfernt. Wir wurden fast jeden Morgen mit einem schönen Sonnenaufgang begrüßt.

Erstklassiges Ferienhaus, sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr schönes Grundstück, gut gelegen. 3 Erwachsene und drei Kinder 6 - 11 haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wir (mittlerweile erfahrene Dänemark Urlauber) hatten einen schönen Urlaub. Das Haus ist sehr schön und die Einrichtung im guten Zustand! Es fehlte fast nichts. Leider waren keine Sonnenliegen vorhanden. Die Badebucht in der Nähe am Hafen ist sehr klein, weshalb wir immer etwa 9 km zum großen Strand gefahren sind. Um einen großen Einkauf zu machen, kommt man um eine Fahrt nach Sonderburg nicht herum und das sind gute 18 km einfach. Der normale Einkauf lässt sich im Umkreis von 5 bis 10 km bewerkstelligen. Wie eigentlich immer, ist das Haus bei Ankunft nie ordentlich geputzt, so dass wir uns wohlfühlen könnten. Unglaublich viele Haare/Staub und Sand im Bett und auf dem Boden. Unter den Sofakissen wurde meines Erachtens monatelang nicht einmal gesaugt. Daher startet unser Urlaub wie immer mit einer 2 bis 3 sündigen Putz Aktion. Das Haus an sich ist aber weiter zu empfehlen.

Haus ist top. Die Gegend hat viel Steinstrand und wenig Sandstrand. Der Bäcker für Brötchen ist ca. 5 km weit weg. Am Campingplatz gibt es eine gute Gastronomie

Wunderschönes Haus, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der große Whirpool und die große Sauna waren prima!

Das Haus ist sehr schön, tolle Aufteilung und Ausstattung. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig. Es ist nicht weit zum Strand. Dieser ist sehr steinig, das sollte man wissen, wenn man dort baden möchte. Zum Spazieren ist der Strand aber sehr schön! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Haus empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Eines der besten Ferienhäuser in dem ich je Urlaub gemacht habe. Man merkt, dass das Haus gerade einmal zwei Jahre alt ist. Alles wirkt wie Neu. Küche ist Top und Kochzubehör ist in ausreichendem Maße vorhanden. Whirpool ist sher modern, sehr cooles extra mit verschiedenen Lichtern. Das Haus ist sehr gut isoliert, dadurch wärmt der Ofen das Haus sehr gut auf. Sehr schöner Blick vom Garten auf das Meer. Wir werden definitiv nochmal in diesem Haus Urlaub machen.
