Single-family house, built in 1996. 230 m from the sea. Private: property 937 m2, well-kept garden. Terrace (30 m2), children's playground (swing). In the house: sauna, washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking at the house. Carport. E-charging station. Grocery 4 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Sydals

Complex, in the south-eastern part of the region, directly by the sea, in the countryside, 135 km south-west from Fredericia, 205 km south-east from Århus. In Hørup 5 - 20 km: supermarket, butchery, bakery, post office, bank, restaurant, bar. Indoor aquatic centre, wellness centre, fitness centre at 10 - 25 km. Besides: doctor. More possibilities for shopping and entertainment 10 - 25 km. Sights Kegenæs Lighthouse 10 km, Kids' club Danfoss Universe 20 km.

Summer

All watersports available in 5 - 15 km. Sandy beach, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children. Surfing. Golf course 18 hole. Minigolf. Riding. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles for hire. The south-eastern stretch of coast is a true Eldorado for both children and adults. All kinds of beach and water-sport activities are practised here. The many sandy beaches are very child-friendly because of the shallow and calm water. Behind the coast the landscape is characterized by woods, preserved plantation landscapes, lakes and streams. The 'mountain' Himmelbjerget by the lakes of Silkeborg provides you with Denmark's highest view. Here you can enjoy the beautiful nature from a canoe or from one of the many boats that sail in the area. Skamlingsbanken by Binderup is a scenic nature area and with its 113 metres above sea level also the highest point in south eastern Jutland. Als is absolutely worth visiting too. Als is regarded as one of Denmark's most beautiful and green islands.

Vi havde en dejlig ferie. Dog var vi ærgerlige over at der lå store mængder halvrådden afklippet græs i hele haven, som desværre gjorde at vi ikke rigtigt brugte haven, hvilket vi ellers havde glædet os til.

Slutengøringen er meget dyr, og til den pris forventer vi også, at huset er gjort ordentligt rent, når vi ankommer. Generalt var rengøringen overfladisk. Køleskabet var ikke gjort ordentligt rent, og der var uvaskede pander i grydeskabet. Desuden var der en del hundelorte på græsplanen. Så hvad enten de tidligere lejere har betalt for slutrengøring, eller selv har gjort rent, så var det ikke godt nok.

Huset fungerede fint til 4 voksne og 2 små børn. Fin gåafstand til havnen med restaurant og is. Masser af køkkenudstyr… måske der burde tyndes lidt ud. Hurtig service mht elkedel, der skulle skiftes, dejligt. Rengøringen lod lidt at ønske: Store spindelvæv hist og pist, og brusekabinen kunne trænge til en omgang i hjørnerne.

Das Ferienhaus ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber trotzdem sehr schön. Es ist alles vorhanden und wir würden es wieder buchen.

Insgesamt ok, Küche sehr gut, Bäder dagegen eher älter, Sauna klein (2P), relativ viel Energie verbraucht, Nähe zum Steinstrand fussläufig erreichbar, zum Kaufmann nur mit dem Auto, für eine Woche nach Sylvester ein gutes Haus, Endreinigung sehr teuer, sollte man für den Preis selber machen....

Das Haus bietet alles was man braucht! Ideal ist es für kleine Kinder durch die vorhandenen Spielsachen und die Hecke Drumherum! Alles sehr gepflegt sowohl innen als auch außerhalb. Wir fanden das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis super!
