Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer). Shower/WC. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi). Please note: non-smokers only. 540-19646

Single-family house, built in 1977. 300 m from the sea. Private: property 950 m2, well-kept garden. Terrace (140 m2), children's playground. In the house: trampoline, washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking at the house. Carport. Grocery 500 m.

Location Description Sydals

Complex, in the south-eastern part of the region, directly by the sea, in the countryside, 135 km south-west from Fredericia, 205 km south-east from Århus. In Hørup 5 - 20 km: supermarket, butchery, bakery, post office, bank, restaurant, bar. Indoor aquatic centre, wellness centre, fitness centre at 10 - 25 km. Besides: doctor. More possibilities for shopping and entertainment 10 - 25 km. Sights Kegenæs Lighthouse 10 km, Kids' club Danfoss Universe 20 km.

Summer

All watersports available in 5 - 15 km. Sandy beach, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children. Surfing. Golf course 18 hole. Minigolf. Riding. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles for hire. The south-eastern stretch of coast is a true Eldorado for both children and adults. All kinds of beach and water-sport activities are practised here. The many sandy beaches are very child-friendly because of the shallow and calm water. Behind the coast the landscape is characterized by woods, preserved plantation landscapes, lakes and streams. The 'mountain' Himmelbjerget by the lakes of Silkeborg provides you with Denmark's highest view. Here you can enjoy the beautiful nature from a canoe or from one of the many boats that sail in the area. Skamlingsbanken by Binderup is a scenic nature area and with its 113 metres above sea level also the highest point in south eastern Jutland. Als is absolutely worth visiting too. Als is regarded as one of Denmark's most beautiful and green islands.

Das Bad und die Küche sind gut. Die spülmaschine hat schon lange keine Grundreinigung mehr gesehen, diese haben wir dann vor Benutzung durchgeführt. Das Bad ist Top. Leider gibt es dort einen Wasserschaden der wohl nicht Fachgerecht repariert wurde, es riecht extrem muffig und unangenehm. Im Schlafzimmer das an die Wohnstube grenzt ist es extrem, ohne Dauerlüften nicht ertäglich. Wir mussten alle mitgebrachten Sachen die in dem Haus gewesen sind reinigen weil sie den Muffigen Geruch angenommen hatten. Das Dach ist wohl auch undicht das ist uns leider erst bei Regen am letzten Tag aufgefallen. Hier sollte der Eigentümer doch mal stark über eine Grundsanierung nachdenken. Unserer Meinung nach ist das Haus so nicht Bewohnbar.

Ein wirklich schönes und sauberes Ferienhaus für die Familie, ausgestattet mit allem was man benötigt. Spielsachen für die Kinder sind vorhanden, ein toller Garten mit riesigem Sandkasten und Trampolin und Fußballtoren und noch mehr, die Küche ist super ausgestattet von milchaufschäumer bis sandwichtoaster vermisst man nichts. Die Betten sind gemütlich und das Badezimmer sehr ordentlich und sauber. Die technischen Geräte im Haus funktionieren einwandfrei. Hier lässt sich ein erholsamer und toller Familienurlaub verbringen. Wir kommen wieder.

Bei Ankunft war das Haus nicht sauber:( Der Waschtisch im Bad war mit Haaaren und Zahnpasta verdreckt. Das Wohn- und Esszimmer musste von mir vor unserem Einzug einmal komplett gesaugt werden, da sich überall Schmutz befand. Die Mitarbeiter im Servicebüro in Sonderborg waren hilsbereit und freundlich.
