Single-family house, built in 2022. 400 m from the sea. Private: property 1'200 m2, well-kept garden. Outdoor shower, barbecue, children's playground (swing). In the house: washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking at the house. E-charging station. Grocery 2 km. Golf course 6 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Summer

The south-eastern stretch of coast is a true Eldorado for both children and adults. All kinds of beach and water-sport activities are practised here. The many sandy beaches are very child-friendly because of the shallow and calm water. Behind the coast the landscape is characterized by woods, preserved plantation landscapes, lakes and streams. The 'mountain' Himmelbjerget by the lakes of Silkeborg provides you with Denmark's highest view. Here you can enjoy the beautiful nature from a canoe or from one of the many boats that sail in the area. Skamlingsbanken by Binderup is a scenic nature area and with its 113 metres above sea level also the highest point in south eastern Jutland. Als is absolutely worth visiting too. Als is regarded as one of Denmark's most beautiful and green islands.

Neues und noch sehr gepflegtes Haus. Passende Aufteilung für vier Personen. Recht ruhige Lage, Strand/Wasser sind schnell von hier aus erreichbar. Am Haus sind auch drei Fahrräder vorhanden, zwar etwas ältere Modelle, aber um kleine Touren im Feriengebiet zu erkunden vollkommen ausreichend. Das Haus ist mit guten und recht hochwertigen Geräten wie TV, Waschmaschine, Trockner und sehr guten Markengasgrill ausgestattet. Wir hoffen das alle nachfolgende Mieter dieses Haus in ihrer gebuchten Zeit, pflegen und sauber verlassen, so wie wir es bei Ankunft angefunden haben,was ja leider nicht immer der Fall ist, damit direkt ein toller Urlaub in diesen tollen Haus beginnen kann.

Ein sehr schönes fast neues Haus mit viel Platz und sehr guter Ausstattung. Gute Betten. Sehr ruhige Gegend. Kurzer Weg zum schönen Ostsee-Strand mit Steg ins flache Wasser. Die Abläufe der Duschen reagieren gern mal mit Verstopfungen. Meine Empfehlung: regelmäßige Reinigung der Ablaufsiebe.

Wer Ruhe sucht, ist hier richtig. Sehr schönes Ferienhaus, mit schönem Ausblick. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir würden es wieder buchen.

Ein tolles modernes Haus, das super isoliert ist. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht ist hier gut aufgehoben. Gut wäre es, wenn es für die Liegen auch Auflagen geben würde. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es Nordborg.

Vi havde en dejlig ferie. Forbedringsforslag: Huset er til 5 stjerner, men vi gav det 4 da begge brusebadsafløb ikke fungerede. Vi kunne godt have ønsket os en nøgleboks ved huset i stedet for at vi skulle til Sønderborg for at hente og aflevere nøglen.
