House/Residence

Single-family house, built in 1968. 400 m from the sea. Private: natural state property 600 m2. Outdoor shower, terrace (50 m2). In the house: washing machine. Parking at the house. Grocery 2.5 km. Golf course 7 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Summer

The south-eastern stretch of coast is a true Eldorado for both children and adults. All kinds of beach and water-sport activities are practised here. The many sandy beaches are very child-friendly because of the shallow and calm water. Behind the coast the landscape is characterized by woods, preserved plantation landscapes, lakes and streams. The 'mountain' Himmelbjerget by the lakes of Silkeborg provides you with Denmark's highest view. Here you can enjoy the beautiful nature from a canoe or from one of the many boats that sail in the area. Skamlingsbanken by Binderup is a scenic nature area and with its 113 metres above sea level also the highest point in south eastern Jutland. Als is absolutely worth visiting too. Als is regarded as one of Denmark's most beautiful and green islands.

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub, das Haus ist OK! Eine kleine Anleitung wie Klimaanlage Fernseher etc in Betrieb zu nehmen sind wäre hilfreich. Wir hatten ein verstopften Duschabfluss, das Problem wurde prompt behoben! Das Haus ist mit "eingezäuntem Grundstück" beschrieben, was leider nicht komplett der Fall ist... das war sehr schade da wir unseren Hund nicht so ohne weiteres im Garten laufen lassen konnten

Diese in die Jahre gekommene Haus ist das Geld nicht wert. Einiges Defekt, die schlimmsten Betten, in denen wir jemals gelegen haben. Einzig die Lage ist sehr schön.

Wat een geweldige locatie is dit. Mooi aan zee en een goede speeltuin in de buurt. Het huis heeft een mooie veranda en een mooie tuin waar je lekker kunt spelen met de kinderen. Het huisje zelf is fijn en licht. Echter moet het huisje echt beter schoongemaakt worden (dit hebben we ook aangegeven bij Sol og Strand), overal zaten spinnenwebben, het tafelkleed was vies, de douche liep niet goed door vanwege een verstopt doucheputje. Als je een jonge baby hebt die bij je op de kamer slaapt, weet dan dat de vloeren en bedden ontzettend kraken, waardoor je baby mogelijk veel wakker wordt. Voor de locatie zou ik opnieuw dit huisje kiezen, maar het moet beter onderhouden en beter schoongemaakt worden.

Hallo Hartelijk dank voor de geweldige recensie van het huis. het spijt me zeer dat de schoonmaak niet in orde was. De schoonmaak is uitgevoerd door Sol og Strand en daarom neem ik de volledige verantwoordelijkheid voor het feit dat het niet in orde was. Ik ga het meteen opvolgen.
