Single-family house, built in 1996. 400 m from the sea. Private: property 975 m2, well-kept garden. Terrace (20 m2). In the house: washing machine. Parking at the house. Grocery 8 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Haderslev

Picturesque, medieval town with 22'000 inhabitants, in the centre of the region 10 km from the sea, on a river, 58 km south-west from Fredericia, 130 km south-west from Århus. In the resort: supermarket, shops, bakery, boutiques, bank, restaurant, bar, museum. Indoor aquatic centre at 13 km. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Sights Castle Town Gram 33 km, Givskud Safari Park 70 km, Universe Science Park Danfoss 87 km, Kids' club Legoland 75 km, lakes nearby. Access: car ferry Aarøsund Havn - Aarø 15 km.

Summer

All watersports available in Kelstrup strand 10 km. Sandy beach, 450 m long, up to 10 m wide, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children, 10 km from the resort. Summer sports 2 - 10 km. Golf course 18 hole 4 km. Minigolf 2 km. Fishing (permit required). Climbing park. Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, mountain bikes for hire. Children's playground. The south-eastern stretch of coast is a true Eldorado for both children and adults. All kinds of beach and water-sport activities are practised here. The many sandy beaches are very child-friendly because of the shallow and calm water. Behind the coast the landscape is characterized by woods, preserved plantation landscapes, lakes and streams. The 'mountain' Himmelbjerget by the lakes of Silkeborg provides you with Denmark's highest view. Here you can enjoy the beautiful nature from a canoe or from one of the many boats that sail in the area. Skamlingsbanken by Binderup is a scenic nature area and with its 113 metres above sea level also the highest point in south eastern Jutland. Als is absolutely worth visiting too. Als is regarded as one of Denmark's most beautiful and green islands.

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön vom Schnitt und der Einrichtung gestaltet. Der Strand ist schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. Weil es sich eher um eine Provinz handelt sind Supermärkte, Tankstellen und dergleichen einige Kilometer entfernt. Was mir missfällt ist die Tatsache, dass meine Freundin wegen ihrer Hausstauballergie direkt reagiert hat als wir uns auf die Polstermöbel gesetzt haben. Davon abgesehen war alles sehr gut.

Das Bad war nachweislich nicht richtig gereinigt. Der Toaster fehlte Das Essbesteck sowie die Töpfe und Pfanne waren total verschmutzt !! Kopfkissen, Zudecke sowie die Matratzenauflage waren nachweislich sehr verschmutzt. Die Fenster waren alle komplett sehr dreckig. Des weiteren waren Mäuse im Haus was absolut nicht ok ist. Der Staubsauger war auch defekt. Das Haus sowie die Lage waren ganz schön.

Huset passet perfekt til 5 vokne. Fine muligheder for at gå turer, køreturen til Haderslev og omegn tog heller ikke lang tid

Tolles Haus mit grosser Rasenfläche in ruhiger Lage, ideal zu Toben für (Klein)Kinder. Das einzige anzumerken ist: Die Betten sind recht weich und leider schon durchgelegen

Ein wirklich schönes Haus , wir waren schon in einigen Häusern dieses war bisher das beste. Die Umgebung ist auch sehr schön, leider war kein Bäcker in der Nähe. Wir würden trotzdem wieder buchen. Ich fand es in diesem Haus nicht sehr hellhörig. Das haben wir schon ganz anders erlebt. Wir waren mit drei Kindern in dem Haus und konnten wunderbar ausschlafen.

Sehr schön eingerichtetes und gut ausgestattetes, allerdings echt hellhöriges Ferienhaus. Wir waren zu dritt für eine Woche hier und haben die Ruhe und den Blick in die Natur genossen.

Das Haus war sehr nett. Alles vorhanden, was man zum Leben braucht. Leider keinerlei Kinderspielsachen für den Außenbereich (Schaukel, Bälle, etc.). Wasser war gut zu erreichen. Der Ort eignet sich perfekt zum entspannen, da nichts in der näheren Umgebung ist.

Wenn das Ferienhaus vom Vormieter, der die Endreinigung selbst übernimmt, sauber hinterlassen wird - nur zu empfehlen. War in der Sache einer der guten Ferienhäuser (wir gehen 2 - 3 mal im Jahr nach DK). Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt!!!

Vi havde en super dejlig ferie , ok huset kunne godt ha været lidt mere rent ,men vi er ikke sarte og efterlod sommerhuset efter en god rengøring , vi var kun 2 og brugte ikke de 2 værelser , et kanon dejligt område at besøge og vi vender sikkert tilbage og gerne i samme sommerhus ,,, Mvh svend Erik

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit guter und hochqualitativer Ausstattung. Der Strand ist fussläufig gut erreichbar und gepflegt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nur mit dem Auto erreichbar.
