Single-family house, built in 2004. 250 m from the sea. Private: property 1'129 m2, well-kept garden. Terrace (20 m2). In the house: trampoline, washing machine. Parking at the house. Grocery 8 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Haderslev

Picturesque, medieval town with 22'000 inhabitants, in the centre of the region 10 km from the sea, on a river, 58 km south-west from Fredericia, 130 km south-west from Århus. In the resort: supermarket, shops, bakery, boutiques, bank, restaurant, bar, museum. Indoor aquatic centre at 13 km. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Sights Castle Town Gram 33 km, Givskud Safari Park 70 km, Universe Science Park Danfoss 87 km, Kids' club Legoland 75 km, lakes nearby. Access: car ferry Aarøsund Havn - Aarø 15 km.

Summer

All watersports available in Kelstrup strand 10 km. Sandy beach, 450 m long, up to 10 m wide, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children, 10 km from the resort. Summer sports 2 - 10 km. Golf course 18 hole 4 km. Minigolf 2 km. Fishing (permit required). Climbing park. Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, mountain bikes for hire. Children's playground. The south-eastern stretch of coast is a true Eldorado for both children and adults. All kinds of beach and water-sport activities are practised here. The many sandy beaches are very child-friendly because of the shallow and calm water. Behind the coast the landscape is characterized by woods, preserved plantation landscapes, lakes and streams. The 'mountain' Himmelbjerget by the lakes of Silkeborg provides you with Denmark's highest view. Here you can enjoy the beautiful nature from a canoe or from one of the many boats that sail in the area. Skamlingsbanken by Binderup is a scenic nature area and with its 113 metres above sea level also the highest point in south eastern Jutland. Als is absolutely worth visiting too. Als is regarded as one of Denmark's most beautiful and green islands.

Das Haus ist wirklich sehr schön, aber es müsste mal wieder etwas dran gemacht werden. Die Außenbeleuchtung ging komplett nicht, einige Türgriffe waren locker, die eine Schlafzimmertür ging nicht zu. Und was leider besonders schade war, dass die auf den Fotos abgebildete Schaukel nicht mehr da war und das Trampolin für kleine Kinder nicht benutzbar war, da es nicht mehr fest war und die Umrandung fehlt. Wenn man mit Kindern reist und die Bilder mit den Spielgeräten nicht mehr stimmen, ist das sehr ungünstig.

Huset er slidt op. Der er ødelagte havestole, gamle pletter på ligge underlag, køkkenet er slidt, ledning hang ud af emhætte, barneseng i stykker. Et dejligt hus med mange mangler som trænger til renovering. Udefra flot hus, god beliggenhed. Sol og strand reagerede hurtigt på henvendelse om manglerne, men det her er mere ejeren. Wir waren mit vier Erwachsenen und zwei (Klein-)Kindern im Ferienhaus. Der Garten, das Wohnzimmer mit Küche: traumhaft. Die Schlafzimmer (bis auf das Kinderzimmer) sind recht klein, aber gemütlich. Leider stimmen die Bilder nicht mehr mit den aktuellen Begebenheiten überein: Schaukel im Garten nicht mehr vorhanden (das war echt doof), Betten 140 cm statt 160 cm (hatten wir vorher in Bewertungen schon gelesen), Dachboden ist privat und nicht nutzbar. Es wurden aber auch Dinge positiv verändert wie: Neuer Hausanstrich, Bad Anstrich & Tapete in Küche. Das Haus an sich war sauber, nur einige Sachen, wie z. B. die Couch, sind schon doller angeschnudelt - für uns mit Kindern war es aber okay, für Gäste, die alles tipi topi haben wollen, wohl eher nichts. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit, der Weg zum Strand ist unschlagbar kurz und trotzdem liegt das eigene Haus windgeschützter und mitten im Grünen an Feldern und einem Mini-Wald.

Leider entspricht dieses Haus keineswegs einem 4 Sterne Haus, im Gegensatz zu dem Nachbarhaus, das wir 2 Wochen zuvor bei Novasol gebucht hatten. Das Interieur ist total abgenutzt, es fehlen Dinge wie Besen und Kehrschaufel, Staubsaugerbeutel war total voll, viele kaputte Glühbirnen... Waschtisch im Bad ekelhaft, das Schlimmste jedoch sind total verschmutzte , fleckige und zerrissene Matratzen. Außerdem kein Schuhabstreifer vor dem Haus- was ja noch das kleinste Problem war... Sehr erfreulich und die Reaktion vom Servicebüro und Frau Johansen, die uns nach Betrachtung der zugesandten Bilder sofort eine Alternative angeboten hat. Dafür unser ausdrücklicher Dank.

Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen, Strand und Wald gleich nebenan. Alles da was man brauchte, tolles großes Badezimmer. Kinderzimmer fanden unsere Kinder toll. Leider waren die Betten/Matratzen waren nicht so schön, teilweise kaputt und schmutzig. Auch das Sofa mit weissen Bezügen hatte einige Schmutzflecken und Haare. Die Fotos vom Haus sollten aktualisiert werden, das Haus ist schwarz gestrichen.
