Single-family house, built in 2023. 500 m from the sea. Private: natural state property 1'243 m2. Children's playground (swing). In the house: sauna, trampoline, washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking at the house. Grocery 2 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Summer

The south-eastern stretch of coast is a true Eldorado for both children and adults. All kinds of beach and water-sport activities are practised here. The many sandy beaches are very child-friendly because of the shallow and calm water. Behind the coast the landscape is characterized by woods, preserved plantation landscapes, lakes and streams. The 'mountain' Himmelbjerget by the lakes of Silkeborg provides you with Denmark's highest view. Here you can enjoy the beautiful nature from a canoe or from one of the many boats that sail in the area. Skamlingsbanken by Binderup is a scenic nature area and with its 113 metres above sea level also the highest point in south eastern Jutland. Als is absolutely worth visiting too. Als is regarded as one of Denmark's most beautiful and green islands.

Das Haus ist neu und sehr schön modern und gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir hatten als kleine Familie (Single-Mum mit Sohn und Sohnesfreund) eine sehr schöne Zeit, trotz des sehr herbstlichen Wetters. Wäre es mein Haus, würde ich Leselichter in Bettnähe einrichten und auch im Wohnzimmer Stehleuchten aufstellen, die gutes Licht zum Lesen abgeben. Probleme (nicht vorhandene Kochlöffel und ein kaputtes Sofa) konnten mit dem Büro geklärt werden, aus meiner Sicht nicht 100% kundenfreundlich. Die Sicht vom Haus und auch vom Jacuzzi ist wirklich sehr schön - und dass jeden Abend Häschen oder Kaninchen vorbeihoppelten fanden wir auch sehr süß.
