Single-family house, built in 2001. 400 m from the sea. Private: natural state property 1'835 m2. Terrace (60 m2), barbecue, children's playground, parking at the house. Grocery 3 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Sealand is surrounded by coast and offers kilometres of sandy beaches that range among the cleanest and most child-friendly beaches in Europe. Even the woods, bird sanctuaries and chalk cliffs don't resemble anything else. The nature of Sealand is beautiful and comprehensive. The northern part of Sealand is characterized by some of Denmark's largest lakes and forests as well as some of the most beautiful and impressive, old royal palaces. In the south of Sealand you can experience the impressive cliff Stevns Klint. The sea Kattegat and the inlet Isefjord offer the most varying landscapes. Here you will find the best beaches, distinctive moraine formations, the level and dyked inlet Lammefjord, woods and much more.

Fantastisk beliggenhed og udmæ...

Fantastisk beliggenhed og udmærket hus. God størrelse og rummæssig indretning. Det virkede dog lidt slidt - lyset på badeværelset virkede kun nogen gange, terassen var ikke så barfodsvenlig, der manglede plads til hængende tøj, komfuret varmede ikke ordenligt, og så manglede der ting som fx brødrister og salatslynge.

Dejligt område og fint hus,der er et shelter på grunden man ikke kan benytte da der ikke er adgang til underlag og madrasser,der er er anneks der er aflåst, der er et gammelt brugt havemøbelsæt med 4 stole (huset er til seks personer) man skal måske overveje om man ønsker at leje sit hus ud for med det udstyrsniveau virker det ikke sådan. PS (der er ingen mikroovn)
