Single-family house, built in 2019. 1 km from the sea. Private: property 1'033 m2, well-kept garden. Outdoor shower, terrace (50 m2), barbecue. In the house: sauna, washing machine. Parking at the house. Grocery 700 m. Golf course 2.7 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Sealand is surrounded by coast and offers kilometres of sandy beaches that range among the cleanest and most child-friendly beaches in Europe. Even the woods, bird sanctuaries and chalk cliffs don't resemble anything else. The nature of Sealand is beautiful and comprehensive. The northern part of Sealand is characterized by some of Denmark's largest lakes and forests as well as some of the most beautiful and impressive, old royal palaces. In the south of Sealand you can experience the impressive cliff Stevns Klint. The sea Kattegat and the inlet Isefjord offer the most varying landscapes. Here you will find the best beaches, distinctive moraine formations, the level and dyked inlet Lammefjord, woods and much more.

Das Haus ist rundherum gut, in einer ruhigen Lage. Die Inneneinrichtung ist funktional, die Küche sehr gut. Die Bäder sind in Ordnung.

Schönes geschnittenes Haus mit großem Garten und riesiger Glasfront. Sehr ruhig gelegen. An der Ausstattung wurde leider gespart, Küche und Geräte sind eher billig, Betten wenig bequem und Doppelbetten rutschen auseinander, da es alles Einzelbetten sind. Sandkasten sehr alt und nicht mehr nutzbar. Dafür war der große "Sandkasten" am Meer sehr schön und man konnte tolle Ausflüge machen. Bäcker und Läden sind leicht mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar.

Dejlig ferie i det store hus. Fint, stille område med herlig fuglesang og besøg af rådyr og ræv. Tæpper, i stedet for tykke dyner, havde været dejligt i den varme årstid.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren, erholsamen Urlaub mit der Familie und haben zu Fünft im Haus gewohnt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt! Das Haus ist hell, gemütlich, sehr sauber und hat eine sehr gute Ausstattung und einen tollen Garten, in dem man Vögel und Rehe beobachten kann. Das Wohngebiet ist ruhig und sehr grün. Einen kleinen Punktabzug gibt es lediglich, weil es etwas hellhörig ist und das Geschehen im Hauptraum in den Schlafzimmer recht deutlich zu hören ist (Ausschlafen schwierig, wenn Frühaufsteher zur Gruppe gehören 😉). Achtung: Es gibt im Haus keine deutschen Fernsehsender, sondern nur Chromecast. Uns hat das nicht gestört, aber es hat kurz zu Verwirrung geführt, weil wir das aus der Hausbeschreibung so nicht herausgelesen hatten.

Haus ist in sehr gutem Zustand. Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Vom Haus kommt man direkt in ein großes Wandergebiet und zu Fuß gut zum Strand. Wir haben uns - auch im Winter - sehr wohl gefühlt und würden das Haus wieder mieten.
