Single-family house, built in 2021. 950 m from the sea. Private: natural state property 400 m2. Terrace (50 m2). In the house: sauna, washing machine. Parking at the house. Grocery 950 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Thisted

Small, busy town with 13'500 inhabitants, in the southern part of the region, directly by the sea, 95 km south-west from Ålborg, 180 km south-west from Skagen. In the resort: shopping centre, supermarket, shops, butchery, bakery, boutiques, post office, bank, restaurant, museum. Indoor aquatic centre, fitness centre, sauna. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Sights Thisted Brewery, Isbjerg, Nationalpark Thy 15 km.

Summer

Beach, gently sloping, suitable for children, 1 km from the resort. Sandy beach, gently sloping, suitable for children, 7 km from the resort. Sea water outdoor swimming pool 1 km. Golf course 18 hole 16 km. Minigolf. Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles for hire. In north-western Jutland, all the way from Skagen in the north to Agger in the south you can experience some of the finest, whitest and broadest sandy beaches in Northern Europe. Small, picturesque holiday towns are situated all the way along the coast. Some places it is still possible to watch the fishermen as they drag their boats up on the beach, as it has been done for hundreds of years. At Grenen, the northernmost point of Denmark, you can place each of your feet in different oceans, The Skagerak and the Kattegat. Anywhere along the coast you can enjoy some of the most scenic sunsets over the North Sea.

Toller Urlaub mit der Familie. Surfmöglichkeiten im Ort, Strand kann per Fuß erreicht werden. Das Thy Naturschutzgebiet grenzt direkt an den Ort an und bietet wunderbare Landschaften und Seen. Rundum eine super Location.

Das Ferienhaus war sehr schön, jedoch für die Reisezeit (17.6.-01.07.2023) etwas zu teuer. Leider ist die Sauna viel zu klein, so dass man hier nur Alleine sitzen kann. Wir haben sie deshalb nur 1x benutzt.

Anzuschauen ist das Haus nett, wenn man aber genau hinsieht, ist es billig gebaut und ausgestattet, außerdem unpraktisch. Das Haus scheint nicht einmal fertig eingerichtet zu sein. Nur in den Schlafzimmern gibt es Jalousien. Es gibt nichts, wo man Jacken o.ä. aufhängen kann, es gibt keine Garderobe. Im einzigen Schrank im Flur lagen nicht montierte Lampen, Jalousien und Schachteln. Der Fußboden in der Küche wölbt sich nach oben wie durch einen Wasserschaden. Von Wärmedämmung keine Spur im ganzen Haus, was suboptimal ist, da es nur eine elektrische Heizung gibt mit 30Ct/KWh. Im Bad wurde völlig sinnlos eine Sauna eingebaut auf Kosten des Platzes für Waschbecken und Dusche. Es gibt keinen Duschvorhang, d.h. alles wird in dem aufgrund der Saune engen Bad nass. Die Ausstattung in der Küche ist eine Ansammlung gebrauchter zusammengewürfelter Teile, die wohl irgendwo übrig waren. Eine Pfanne war so dreckig, dass man sie fast nicht mehr sauber gekriegt hat. Das Haus war auch nicht ordentlich sauber, als wir ankamen. In den Schlafzimmern flogen Wollmäuse herum. Geworben wird damit, dass das Haus auf einem 1900qm großen Grundstück steht. Was nicht dabei steht, ist, dass es nicht das einzige Haus auf diesem Grundstück ist, was aber m.E. suggeriert wird, auch aufgrund der Perspektive der Bilder. Insgesamt ist der Preis für das Gebotene zu hoch.
