House, built in 1986. 300 m from the sea. For shared use: natural state property. Grocery 900 m. Golf course 5 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Thisted

Small, busy town with 13'500 inhabitants, in the southern part of the region, directly by the sea, 95 km south-west from Ålborg, 180 km south-west from Skagen. In the resort: shopping centre, supermarket, shops, butchery, bakery, boutiques, post office, bank, restaurant, museum. Indoor aquatic centre, fitness centre, sauna. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Sights Thisted Brewery, Isbjerg, Nationalpark Thy 15 km.

Summer

Beach, gently sloping, suitable for children, 1 km from the resort. Sandy beach, gently sloping, suitable for children, 7 km from the resort. Sea water outdoor swimming pool 1 km. Golf course 18 hole 16 km. Minigolf. Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles for hire. In north-western Jutland, all the way from Skagen in the north to Agger in the south you can experience some of the finest, whitest and broadest sandy beaches in Northern Europe. Small, picturesque holiday towns are situated all the way along the coast. Some places it is still possible to watch the fishermen as they drag their boats up on the beach, as it has been done for hundreds of years. At Grenen, the northernmost point of Denmark, you can place each of your feet in different oceans, The Skagerak and the Kattegat. Anywhere along the coast you can enjoy some of the most scenic sunsets over the North Sea.

Schönes kleines Haus, Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, die Schlafzimmer sind alle oben. Das Bad hat keine Heizung und liegt direkt im Eingangsbereich neben der Haustür, es ist sehr kalt sodass man nur mit Hausschuhen im Bad sein kann, der Boden ist zu kalt mit Socken. Auch Duschen ist aufgrund der Kälte sehr unangenehm. Über den Wohnbereich kann man das Bad aufgrund der Lage kaum mitheizen. Sicher für wärmere Monate ein tolles Haus.

Wir hatten ein paar schöne Tage mit gutem Wetter. Das Haus ist leider ziemlich verwohnt und nicht sehr gepflegt. Einige Dinge funktionieren nicht und müssten dringend renoviert werden.

Die Ferienwohnung hat zwei sehr schöne Terrassen, morgens kann man in der Sonne frühstücken und am Nachmittag/ Abend den Sonnenuntergang genießen. Die Betten sind sehr gemütlich. Die Lage ist optimal, 5-10 Gehminuten zum Strand.

Das Haus ist noch nicht wirklich fertig zur Vermietung und lässt noch einige Wünsche offen.
