Single-family house, built in 1987. 600 m from the sea. Private: natural state property 4'000 m2. Terrace (40 m2). In the house: washing machine. Parking at the house. Grocery 2 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Skagen

Well-known, busy bathing resort with 8'000 inhabitants, in the northern part of the region, directly by the sea, 40 km north from Frederikshavn. In the resort: supermarket, shops, butchery, bakery, boutiques, post office, bank, restaurant, bar, museum. Indoor aquatic centre, fitness centre. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Sights Grenen 4 km, Skagen Odde Naturcenter 4 km.

Summer

Sandy beach, 3 km long, gently sloping, suitable for children, 1 km from the resort. Sports harbour. Minigolf 2 km. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles for hire. In north-western Jutland, all the way from Skagen in the north to Agger in the south you can experience some of the finest, whitest and broadest sandy beaches in Northern Europe. Small, picturesque holiday towns are situated all the way along the coast. Some places it is still possible to watch the fishermen as they drag their boats up on the beach, as it has been done for hundreds of years. At Grenen, the northernmost point of Denmark, you can place each of your feet in different oceans, The Skagerak and the Kattegat. Anywhere along the coast you can enjoy some of the most scenic sunsets over the North Sea.

Et meget hyggeligt hus, men det trænger til renovering. Der er plads til 6 personer, men da der er køjesenge, bør Sol og Strand skrive 4 voksne og 2 børn. Et meget skønt område.
