Single-family house, built in 2006. 700 m from the sea. For shared use: garden. Private: property 498 m2, well-kept garden (fenced). Terrace (65 m2). In the house: washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking at the house. Grocery 400 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Skagen

Well-known, busy bathing resort with 8'000 inhabitants, in the northern part of the region, directly by the sea, 40 km north from Frederikshavn. In the resort: supermarket, shops, butchery, bakery, boutiques, post office, bank, restaurant, bar, museum. Indoor aquatic centre, fitness centre. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Sights Grenen 4 km, Skagen Odde Naturcenter 4 km.

Summer

Sandy beach, 3 km long, gently sloping, suitable for children, 1 km from the resort. Sports harbour. Minigolf 2 km. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles for hire. In north-western Jutland, all the way from Skagen in the north to Agger in the south you can experience some of the finest, whitest and broadest sandy beaches in Northern Europe. Small, picturesque holiday towns are situated all the way along the coast. Some places it is still possible to watch the fishermen as they drag their boats up on the beach, as it has been done for hundreds of years. At Grenen, the northernmost point of Denmark, you can place each of your feet in different oceans, The Skagerak and the Kattegat. Anywhere along the coast you can enjoy some of the most scenic sunsets over the North Sea.

Dejlig ferie med familien. Vi havde 2 mindre børn med. Vi kunne godt have brugt mørklægningsgardiner. Det ødelagde på ingen måde ferien, vi fik nogle gode lange dage😉. Og så måske et stegetermometer.

Huset ligger sentralt til, enkelt å komme rundt. Trenger ikke bil. Eneste negative var wi-fi. Det meste av uken ramlet den ofte ut. Tok kontakt med Sol og Strand, som ringte eieren. Han tok restart, men hjalp lite. Do lokket på badet nede var helt løst ved ankomst. Den fikset vi selv.

Det er tredje gang, vi er i dette dejlige sommerhus, og det kan sagtens være, at det ikke bliver sidste gang. Huset er skønt og ligger dejligt centralt.
