Location Description Saltum

Small resort with 700 inhabitants, in the centre 6 km from the sea, 33 km north-west from Ålborg, 85 km north-east from Thisted. In Brønderslev 17 km: supermarket, shops, butchery, bakery, post office, bank, restaurant, bar. Indoor aquatic centre, sauna. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Kids' club Fårup Sommerland 4 km, Action House Funcenter Løkken 12 km.

Summer

All watersports available in Saltum Strand 6 km. Sandy beach, 5 km long, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children. Surfing. Summer sports 5 - 10 km. Golf course 18 hole. Minigolf. Riding. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles for hire. In north-western Jutland, all the way from Skagen in the north to Agger in the south you can experience some of the finest, whitest and broadest sandy beaches in Northern Europe. Small, picturesque holiday towns are situated all the way along the coast. Some places it is still possible to watch the fishermen as they drag their boats up on the beach, as it has been done for hundreds of years. At Grenen, the northernmost point of Denmark, you can place each of your feet in different oceans, The Skagerak and the Kattegat. Anywhere along the coast you can enjoy some of the most scenic sunsets over the North Sea.

Ik hoop dat we dezelfde huisjes of verblijven kunnen aantreffen in bijvoorbeeld Frankrijk en Italië of andere Europese landen. En het was fijn dat je de mensen van interhome kon bellen via de telefoon door vermelding van het telefoonnummer.

Ein gemütliches Haus in guter Lage mit Meerblick. TV ist durchprogrammiert. Tiefkuehlfach ist jetzt vorhanden. Leider keine Microwelle und zu wenig Schüsseln (für Salat usw.). Sonst empfehlenswert. Waren früher (1998) schon mal in diesem Haus, da war es deutlich schlechter.

Das Ferienhaus ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Leider fehlen für die Terrasse die Liegestühle. Bedingt durch die Lage ist man auf der Terrasse dem Wind ziemlich ausgesetzt. Dafür entschädigt aber der tolle Blick auf Landschaft und Meer
