Single-family house, built in 2021. 1.5 km from the sea. Private: natural state property 2'900 m2. Terrace (50 m2), barbecue, children's playground (slide, swing). In the house: sauna, washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking at the house. Grocery 2.4 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Saltum

Small resort with 700 inhabitants, in the centre 6 km from the sea, 33 km north-west from Ålborg, 85 km north-east from Thisted. In Brønderslev 17 km: supermarket, shops, butchery, bakery, post office, bank, restaurant, bar. Indoor aquatic centre, sauna. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Kids' club Fårup Sommerland 4 km, Action House Funcenter Løkken 12 km.

Summer

All watersports available in Saltum Strand 6 km. Sandy beach, 5 km long, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children. Surfing. Summer sports 5 - 10 km. Golf course 18 hole. Minigolf. Riding. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles for hire. In north-western Jutland, all the way from Skagen in the north to Agger in the south you can experience some of the finest, whitest and broadest sandy beaches in Northern Europe. Small, picturesque holiday towns are situated all the way along the coast. Some places it is still possible to watch the fishermen as they drag their boats up on the beach, as it has been done for hundreds of years. At Grenen, the northernmost point of Denmark, you can place each of your feet in different oceans, The Skagerak and the Kattegat. Anywhere along the coast you can enjoy some of the most scenic sunsets over the North Sea.

Es war ein tolles und sehr sauberes Haus! Die Ausstattung war absolut ausreichend und die Freizeitgestaltung mit der Ausstattung auch sehr angenehm. Das einzige wo nachgebessert werden sollte ist das WLan. Im hinteren Bereich ist leider eher kein Empfang und für Netflix war es nicht stabil genug. Aber dann nutzt man die Zeit einfach anders ;)

Dejligt hus i et skønt område. Dejligt, at der er service (bestik, kopper, glas) til lidt mere end det antal sovepladser der er i huset. Huset var flot rengjort ved overtagelsen og alt stod som nyt. Gode senge - og puder. Fedt med aktivitetsrummet, når vejret ikke viser sig fra sin bedste side. WiFi forbindelsen var desværre ikke 100% stabil (men 4G dækningen var ok, så det gik 😀)

Das Haus ist sehr modern und zweckmäßig eingerichtet und angenehm ruhig gelegen. Die Wärmepumpe bedarf einer gewissen Eingewöhnung, kann aber bei richtiger Einstellung das Haus ohne viel Lärm aufheizen. In den Bädern und der Küche sind nur wenige Handtuchhaken vorhanden, aber abgesehen davon ist die Ausstattung hervorragend. Die Betten sind recht weich und die Schlafzimmer ausreichend groß dimensioniert. Die Sauna ist sehr sauber und ausgesprochen angenehm, es mangelt lediglich an einem Thermometer. Der Billardtisch ist in einem guten Zustand. Es gibt keine Stereoanlage im Haus, dafür aber einen großen Smart-TV. Insgesamt ein sehr schönes Haus mit toller Ausstattung.

We zijn in de herfstvakantie naar dit huisje geweest met onze 5 kinderen. Het huis is echt prachtig evenals de omgeving (duinen, strand en bos) dicht bij het strand. Ook in de buurt heb je leuke dorpjes. Onze kinderen hebben zich elke dag vermaakt rond het huis en binnen met de tafeltennis, pooltafel en grote tv waarop we heerlijk netflix konden kijken. We baalden allemaal dat we de sleutel weer moesten inleveren!

Ein Muss neben Knude und Borglum Kloster sind die Mejeri in Ingstrup, das Salzcentrum Blokhus , der skulptur parken in Blockhus , sowie für Familien mit Kindern der Waldspielplatz in Blokhus.

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön und liegt in einem traumhaften Naturgebiet. Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, für den ist dieses Haus sehr geeignet.

Nydelig sommerhus med fin beliggenhet og god plass både ute og inne. Nærhet til det meste av faciliteter. Kunne vært bedre overmadrasser i sengene. Litt mer utstyr på kjøkken som f.eks. kasseroller.
