Single-family house, built in 1957. 400 m from the sea. Private: natural state property 1'000 m2. Terrace (20 m2). In the house: washing machine. Parking at the house. Grocery 1.5 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Løkken

In north-western Jutland, all the way from Skagen in the north to Agger in the south you can experience some of the finest, whitest and broadest sandy beaches in Northern Europe. Small, picturesque holiday towns are situated all the way along the coast. Some places it is still possible to watch the fishermen as they drag their boats up on the beach, as it has been done for hundreds of years. At Grenen, the northernmost point of Denmark, you can place each of your feet in different oceans, The Skagerak and the Kattegat. Anywhere along the coast you can enjoy some of the most scenic sunsets over the North Sea. Small, cosy fishing village with 1'600 inhabitants, in the northern part of the region, directly by the sea, 50 km north-west from Ålborg, 80 km south-east from Skagen. In the resort: supermarket, shops, bakery, boutiques, post office, bank, restaurant, bar, museum. Indoor aquatic centre, sauna. Besides: pharmacy. Sights Løkken Bolcheriet.

Summer

Sandy beach, 5 m long, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children, 500 m from the resort. Surfing. Golf course 18 hole 2 km. Fishing (permit required). Paragliding. Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles for hire. Huset ligger dejligt og fredeligt i klitterne. Sengene er gode og huset indeholder i store træk, det man har brug for indendørs. Udendørs savnede vi et par solsengen. Og så trænger huset til en kærlig hånd og en gang. Der er ros til Sol og Strand og ejeren for hurtig udrykning, da vi manglede varmt vand. Alt i alt havde vi en god ferie, men lejer nok ikke dette hus igen.

Zuerst zu den positiven Eigenschaften: Das Haus liegt nahe an den Dünen, sodass man schnell zu Fuß am Strand und am Meer ist. Die Gegend ist schön ruhig. Løkken als nächster Ort bietet alle nötigen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Für kalte Tage hat das Haus zwei Kaminöfen (Wohnraum und Wintergarten) Nun zu einigen negativen Punkten: Das Haus entspricht zwar formal allen Anforderungen, die man an ein Ferienhaus haben kann. Allerdings ist uns an allen Ecken und Kanten aufgefallen, dass Details nicht funktionieren: Die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig, die Zimmer sind hellhörig bzw. die Schiebetüren sind eher ein Sichtschutz (nichts für Privatsphäre), das Hauptbett ist durchgelegen, die Fenster klemmen oder lassen sich teils nicht öffnen, eine Türzargen fiel ab, die Küche verfügt über sehr wenige schlecht positionierte Steckdosen, Lichtschalter funktionieren teils nicht richtig, das eigentlich noble aber inzwischen angelaufene Silberbesteck ist unappetitlich. Die Couch ist zwar ein Designklassiker, lädt leider aber nicht zum gemütlichen ausstrecken ein (Zweisitzer), Liegestühle für draußen gibt es leider garnicht - hierzu wäre die Terrasse auch zu klein. Alles in allem wirkt das ganze Haus wie ein Trödelmarkt, in dem zu viel herumsteht aber nie wirklich jemand wohnt. Wir würden es nicht noch einmal buchen.
