Single-family house, built in 1937. 200 m from the sea. Private: natural state property 3'700 m2. Terrace (32 m2), children's playground. In the house: washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking at the house. Grocery 350 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Løkken

In north-western Jutland, all the way from Skagen in the north to Agger in the south you can experience some of the finest, whitest and broadest sandy beaches in Northern Europe. Small, picturesque holiday towns are situated all the way along the coast. Some places it is still possible to watch the fishermen as they drag their boats up on the beach, as it has been done for hundreds of years. At Grenen, the northernmost point of Denmark, you can place each of your feet in different oceans, The Skagerak and the Kattegat. Anywhere along the coast you can enjoy some of the most scenic sunsets over the North Sea. Small, cosy fishing village with 1'600 inhabitants, in the northern part of the region, directly by the sea, 50 km north-west from Ålborg, 80 km south-east from Skagen. In the resort: supermarket, shops, bakery, boutiques, post office, bank, restaurant, bar, museum. Indoor aquatic centre, sauna. Besides: pharmacy. Sights Løkken Bolcheriet.

Summer

Sandy beach, 5 m long, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children, 500 m from the resort. Surfing. Golf course 18 hole 2 km. Fishing (permit required). Paragliding. Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles for hire. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in dem Ferienhaus. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet und es gibt sehr viel Geschirr. Die Lage ist zentral und die Aussicht vom Haus sehr schön. Wir würden es jederzeit wieder mieten.

Et fantastisk hus med en personlig indretning, hvor man straks følte sig hjemme. Den smukkeste udsigt over klitter og hav og 5 minutter til stranden og til Løkken by. Vi kommer igen!

Es erwartet Sie ein gut ausgestattetes und gepflegtes Ferienhaus in direkter Nähe zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Restaurants etc.. Auch die Nordsee befindet sich in "HÖRWEITE".

Eigentlich ein sehr schönes Haus. Es ist sehr gut eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Aber leider war es wohl zuvor länger nicht bewohnt. Die Bettdecken waren sehr staubig und es gab sehr viel Spinnen, Käfer und Asseln. Natürlich ist es normal, dass Spinnen und Käfer ins Haus kommen. Aber direkt nach der Ankunft waren wirklich Spinnen und Käfer in jeder Ecke, sodass der Urlaub mit einem Großputz begann. Über 40 Spinnen, unzählige Asseln und Käfer. Unter der Dusche war ich trotz Großputz plötzlich von ca. 30 Asseln umgeben. EKELHAFT. Aus beiden Badezimmern kamen die Tiere wohl aus dem Abfluss. Das hat uns sehr die Urlaubsfreude genommen. Im Laufe der Woche wurde es besser, so wie wir es bisher kannten. Es gab vereinzelt noch Asseln oder auch mal eine Spinne. Es wäre schön, wenn auch Ungeziefer mal entfernt wird. Dieses Ausmaß hat den eigentlich sonst sehr guten Eindruck vom Haus zerstört.

Lieber Gast, Es tut uns leid, dass Sie diese Erfahrung gemacht haben, aber wir sind auch etwas überrascht, davon zu hören, da wir es noch nie zuvor erlebt haben. Natürlich gibt es in solchen Häusern Spinnen - aber was diese von Ihnen beschriebene abnormale Situation verursacht hat, ist uns ein Rätsel. Wir werden es aber prüfen. Waren zum 2. Mal in dem schönen Haus und konnten wieder gut entspannen, hatten wie vor 2 Jahren großes Glück mit dem Wetter, so dass wir die Abendsonne auf der Terrasse genießen konnten. Da wir den Fernseher ausgelassen haben, konnten wir das neu eingerichtete Streamen nicht testen. Ansonsten bleibt`s bei der Bewertung vom letzten Mal: Ursprüngliches, gemütlich eingerichtetes Ferienhaus, vollständige Kücheneinrichtung, einfaches, aber sauberes Bad. Nachteilig ist, dass Bad und WC von den Schlafzimmern im OG aus nur über die recht steile Treppe zu erreichen sind.

Unser Urlaub war wie jedes Jahr in diesem gediegenen Ferienhaus erholsam und entspannt. Wir fühlen uns dort komplett entschleunigt.

Zum wiederholten Mal waren wir in diesem schönen Ferienhaus unweit der Nordsee. Da wir eine weite Anreise haben (ca. 900 km) starten wir unsere Reise bereits in den frühen Morgenstunden. Deshalb ist der Service des Reisebüros, eine SMS zu versenden sobald das Ferienhaus bezogen werden kann super toll. Wir erhielten die SMS bereits in den Mittagsstunden, so dass wir schon gegen 14.00 Uhr unser Haus bei Ankunft beziehen konnten. Das ist finde ich ein klasse Service. Wir haben unseren Urlaub genießen können (14 Tage - viel zu kurz) und buchen schon fürs nächste Jahr wieder im Damgardsvej 19.

Dejligt hus, hyggeligt med alt hvad man kan ønske sig. Et hus med et personligt præg, som gør opholdet meget hjemligt. Ligger smukt i klitterne med kort til stranden. Kan anbefales.
