Single-family house, built in 2019. 1.5 km from the sea. Private: natural state property 2'500 m2. Terrace (80 m2), children's playground (swing). In the house: sauna, table football, washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking at the house. E-charging station. Grocery 1.2 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Løkken

In north-western Jutland, all the way from Skagen in the north to Agger in the south you can experience some of the finest, whitest and broadest sandy beaches in Northern Europe. Small, picturesque holiday towns are situated all the way along the coast. Some places it is still possible to watch the fishermen as they drag their boats up on the beach, as it has been done for hundreds of years. At Grenen, the northernmost point of Denmark, you can place each of your feet in different oceans, The Skagerak and the Kattegat. Anywhere along the coast you can enjoy some of the most scenic sunsets over the North Sea. Small, cosy fishing village with 1'600 inhabitants, in the northern part of the region, directly by the sea, 50 km north-west from Ålborg, 80 km south-east from Skagen. In the resort: supermarket, shops, bakery, boutiques, post office, bank, restaurant, bar, museum. Indoor aquatic centre, sauna. Besides: pharmacy. Sights Løkken Bolcheriet.

Summer

Sandy beach, 5 m long, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children, 500 m from the resort. Surfing. Golf course 18 hole 2 km. Fishing (permit required). Paragliding. Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles for hire. Das Haus war in einem sehr guten Zustand. Ein paar kleine Details passten nicht so ganz zum gesamt Bild. Beim Dartspiel wqaren die Pfeile leider alle defekt. Die leiter zu dem oberen Schlafraum war leider nicht ordnungsgemäß befestigt ( Schrauben waren locker ) Soetwas sollte kurzfristig behoben werden, da es schonmals bemängelt wurde.

Wirklich tolles Haus. Es sollte einem aber bewusst sein, dass die Nebenkosten sehr hoch sind. Wir haben für Strom mit 3 Personen über 200€ bezahlt. Es war sehr kalt und der Außenwhirlpool heißt eine Woche durch.. (das wussten wir aber) Das Aktivitätenhaus hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen. Im Sommer würden wir es vermutlich nicht buchen. Ist ein „Neubaugebiet“, da steht nicht ein Strauch/Baum. Man hat nicht viel Privatsphäre. Viele bemängelten den geringen Stauraum.. ein Schrank pro Zimmer-völlig ausreichen. In der Küche ok das stimmt, aber man hat noch den Vorraum.

Schönes Haus …. Gut ausgestattet …. Leider wenig Platz für Lebensmittel . Toller Kühlschrank … groß mit Eiswürfelmaschine und extra Kühlschrank für Getränke , schöner Spieleraum( leider geht nicht jeder gut damit um ) . Tolle Lage und schöne Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Toller Service von Sol og Strand auch bei kleinen Problemen sofortiger Service . Top

A beautiful house in a quiet and peaceful surrounding. The house is well taken care off and provided with all necessities and luxury. The fridge with ice cube options was a great hit and well used. The game room was fun on rainy days only down side to the game room was that all darts for the digital board that were provided were broken. The pool table was great fun. Bedrooms were all fine. The small attic seems a fun place but we cannot imagine anyone would want to sleep up there going up and down the ladder. Bathrooms were very good and nice. Outdoors Jacuzzi was enjoyable too. And with the weekly inspection service is excellent too. Finally the terrace and chairs were great and good. And the barbecue was well used. All in all usually after 2 weeks we as a family are happy to go home again, this time we all felt like we would have loved to stay another week there

Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und hell. Leider gibt es sowohl in der Küche als auch in den Schlafzimmern nur extrem wenig Stauraum. Der Spieleraum und der Außenwhirlpool war für die Kinder der Hit! Langeweile hatte in dieser Woche keiner. Man sollte nur eigene Dartpfeile/Spitzen mitbringen. Dafür das das Haus noch nicht so alt ist, ist es leider schon sehr abgewohnt und die Ausstattung ist (den Kühlschrank ausgenommen) nicht so hochwertig wie es auf den Bildern erscheint. Die Betten waren alle sehr bequem. Das Waschbecken im großen Bad hängt leider etwas tief und ist eher für Hobbits als für große Menschen geeignet. Alles in allem hatten wir eine schöne Woche!

Dejligt sommerhus - alt hvad man kan ønske sig til en ferie samling af 3 familier med børn. MEN det er uacceptabelt at pris, betaling og afregning skal foregå i EURO! Det er forvirrende, og besværligt og ikke værd at bøvle med. Vi finder ferie huse andre steder frem over!
