Location Description Løkken

In north-western Jutland, all the way from Skagen in the north to Agger in the south you can experience some of the finest, whitest and broadest sandy beaches in Northern Europe. Small, picturesque holiday towns are situated all the way along the coast. Some places it is still possible to watch the fishermen as they drag their boats up on the beach, as it has been done for hundreds of years. At Grenen, the northernmost point of Denmark, you can place each of your feet in different oceans, The Skagerak and the Kattegat. Anywhere along the coast you can enjoy some of the most scenic sunsets over the North Sea. Small, cosy fishing village with 1'600 inhabitants, in the northern part of the region, directly by the sea, 50 km north-west from Ålborg, 80 km south-east from Skagen. In the resort: supermarket, shops, bakery, boutiques, post office, bank, restaurant, bar, museum. Indoor aquatic centre, sauna. Besides: pharmacy. Sights Løkken Bolcheriet.

Summer

Sandy beach, 5 m long, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children, 500 m from the resort. Surfing. Golf course 18 hole 2 km. Fishing (permit required). Paragliding. Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles for hire. Ferien forløb fantastisk. Det var rart at se området efter ca.15 år. Mange minder dukkede op, bl.a. at min søster havde et sommerhus i området + min onkel og moster havde et i Lønstrup. Vil gerne leje et hus senere.

Huset er handicapvenligt og der er hvad man skal bruge. Alt fungerer. Men det var blevet lidt "træt" siden vores lejemål i fjor.

Wir hatten 2 super schöne Wochen in der Jammerbucht! Zwei Wochen voller neuer Entdeckungen, obwohl wir alte Westküstenhasen sind ist die Jammerbucht etwas ganz anderes. Sowohl die Bucht selbst, als auch die Ausflüge nach Hirtshals, Skagen und Frederikshavn waren super. Das Ferienhaus selbst war vom Standard her gut! Es fehlte uns an nichts und es gab nur Kleinigkeiten, die man bemängeln könnte. Der Esstisch ist schön, leider ist die Oberfläche nicht sehr pflegeleicht. Desweiteren sind die Fenster über den Schlafzimmertüren schön anzusehen und helfen bei der Durchflutung der Räume am Tag mit Licht. Am Abend, wenn die Kinder ins Bett gehen ist dies allerdings eher von Nachteil aufgrund der Helligkeit. Wie gesagt, Kleinigkeiten und Meckern auf hohem Niveau. Ansonsten muss ich sagen, dass man im Ferienhaus eigentlich alles hat, was man für einen Sommerurlaub benötigt. Ausreichend Platz, 2 gepflegte Bäder und gute Schlafmöglichkeiten. Der Wohn und Essbereich sind schön gestaltet und man konnte sich auch Abends gut auf die Couch lümmeln. Für den Aussenbereich hat man 2 Sichtschutzwände am Schuppen stehen, mit denen man gut die Terrasse absperren kann, damit sowohl der Vierbeiner, als auch Zweibeiner nicht ausbüchsen können. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr ruhig in einer Sackgasse gelegen, wodurch es kaum Verkehr am Grundstück vorbei gibt. In der Küche gab es ein Leck am Geschirrspüler, welche schnell und unkompliziert behoben wurde, so geht Service!
