Single-family house, built in 2005. 175 m from the sea. Private: natural state property 907 m2. Terrace (25 m2), barbecue. In the house: washing machine, tumble dryer. Grocery 1.5 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Hjørring

Small, busy town with 26'000 inhabitants, in the northern part of the region 15 km, 50 km north from Ålborg, 60 km south from Skagen. In the resort: shopping centre, supermarket, shops, bakery, boutiques, post office, bank, restaurant, bar, museum. Indoor aquatic centre, sauna. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Sights Vendsyssel Historiske Museum.

Summer

Sandy beach, 4 km long, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children, 15 km from the resort. Surfing. Golf course 9 hole 8 km. Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles and mountain bikes for hire. In north-western Jutland, all the way from Skagen in the north to Agger in the south you can experience some of the finest, whitest and broadest sandy beaches in Northern Europe. Small, picturesque holiday towns are situated all the way along the coast. Some places it is still possible to watch the fishermen as they drag their boats up on the beach, as it has been done for hundreds of years. At Grenen, the northernmost point of Denmark, you can place each of your feet in different oceans, The Skagerak and the Kattegat. Anywhere along the coast you can enjoy some of the most scenic sunsets over the North Sea.

Dieses Haus hat die besten Zeiten hinter sich. Während unseres Aufenthaltes funktionierten Außenwasserhahn und -dusche nicht. Die Brüstung der Veranda ist lose und wackelt beängstigend im Wind. Zumindest für die "Frühstücksterrasse" wäre etwas mehr Windschutz wünschenswert. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist relativ ungepflegt - weniger ist oft mehr! (lieblose Deko, zerfledderte Pflanzen usw.) Hier haben wir bislang in allen Häusern bei der Dekoration mehr Zurückhaltung und lokalen Bezug festgestellt. Die sogenannte Endreinigung entspricht dem üblichen Minimalstandard in Sommerhuse. Nun ja, für 500€ weniger pro Woche würde ich das hier nicht schreiben, aber vor zwei Jahren haben wir für ein Haus in erster Reihe (fertiggestellt in 2020, Bettenzahl, Abstand zum Wasser gleich) für drei Wochen das gleiche bezahlt wie für zwei Wochen für dieses Haus im Sommer 2023. Wir haben in den letzten 18 Jahren 14 mal den Sommerurlaub in Nørlev verbracht und können so die Entwicklung vor Ort etwas beurteilen. Wir kommen wieder - aber nicht in dieses Haus!

Wir waren schon mehr als zehnmal in Norlev Strand, aber sooo ein schönes Haus hatten wir noch nicht gefunden. Danke an die Besitzer für die geschmackvolle und auch praktische Einrichtung. Es war wirklich alles vorhanden; Super, besser kann es eigentlich nicht mehr gehen, die Doppelbetten waren sogar elektrisch zu verstellen, Sofa bequem, WLan schnell und das Haus bei unserem Einzug sauber und die Küchenzeile/Gegenstände picobello in Ordnung. Wir sind begeistert und kommen in dieses Haus immer gerne wieder.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Urlaubswoche in einem schönen, perfekt ausgestatteten Ferienhaus. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, denn es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir bekamen vor der Ankunft eine Nachricht, dass das Ferienhaus sogar deutlich früher bezugsfertig war, ein toller Service.

Dejligt og hyggeligt hus. Huset er pænt og rent og godt udstyret og en dejlig velkomst med kold hvidvin i køleskabet. Lækker terrasse med smuk solnedgang. Kan varmt anbefales.
