Single-family house, built in 1962. 50 m from the sea. Private: property 2'000 m2. Terrace (25 m2). In the house: washing machine. Parking at the house. Grocery 1.5 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Hjørring

Small, busy town with 26'000 inhabitants, in the northern part of the region 15 km, 50 km north from Ålborg, 60 km south from Skagen. In the resort: shopping centre, supermarket, shops, bakery, boutiques, post office, bank, restaurant, bar, museum. Indoor aquatic centre, sauna. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Sights Vendsyssel Historiske Museum.

Summer

Sandy beach, 4 km long, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children, 15 km from the resort. Surfing. Golf course 9 hole 8 km. Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles and mountain bikes for hire. In north-western Jutland, all the way from Skagen in the north to Agger in the south you can experience some of the finest, whitest and broadest sandy beaches in Northern Europe. Small, picturesque holiday towns are situated all the way along the coast. Some places it is still possible to watch the fishermen as they drag their boats up on the beach, as it has been done for hundreds of years. At Grenen, the northernmost point of Denmark, you can place each of your feet in different oceans, The Skagerak and the Kattegat. Anywhere along the coast you can enjoy some of the most scenic sunsets over the North Sea.

Ich hatte das Ferienhaus für 6 Tage gemietet. Lage top - wie gewünscht und erwartet - nur ein paar Meter zum Strand. Allerdings sind die Bilder im Internet "schmeichelnd" für das Haus. Das Haus ist absolut in die Jahre gekommen - an vielen Stellen war das Interieur geflickt z.B. die Duschmwand mit Klebeband - die dann auch aus der Verankerung gefallen ist. Darüber hinaus - und das hat mich am meisten geärger war das Haus total verdreckt. Die Dusche absolut verschimmelt. Ein Anruf bei der Agentur führte zu einer Diskussion, dass gerne "nachgebessert" werden möchte. Ich habe dieses verweigert - bei 6 Tagen Urlaub hatte ich keine Lust am 2. Tag alle meine Sachen wieder einzupacken, damit die Putzkolone das Haus auf Vordermann bringt. Ich hatte von vorneherein mit Endreinigung gebucht - auf die Frage, ob man mir diese erstattet, da ich das Haus nach meiner Ankunft sauber machen musste wurde verneint. Ich hätte ja nachbessern lassen können. Für mich war es die letzte Reise mit dieser Agentur. Leider kann man hier keine Fotos hochladen. Ich habe ehrlich gesagt noch nie eine negative Bewertung über einen Urlaubsort geschrieben. Aber in diesem Fall finde ich es mehr als wichtig, dass andere potentielle Gäste wissen worauf sie sich einlassen.

Zunächst möchte ich sagen, dass wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und unseren Urlaub wirklich sehr genossen haben. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse war unfassbar schön, das Meeresrauschen herrlich. Leider ist das Haus schon recht in die Jahre gekommen. Das Bett war durchgelegen und hat bei jeder Bewegung gequietscht und gewackelt. Der Sonnenschirmständer war marode und wir hatten mit Ameisen im Haus zu kämpfen, die durch eine Ritze im Fußboden krabbelten. Das hat unsere Urlaubsfreude jetzt nicht geschmälert, aber es wäre toll, wenn die Besitzer da mal tätig werden würden. Ansonsten waren wir wirklich zufrieden. Nørlev hat sich sehr in unsere Herzen geschlichen und wir kommen gerne wieder!

Küche und Badezimmer sind renovierungsbedürftig. Kühlschrank brummen überträgt sich ins Schlafzimmer. Kugelgrill und Liegen müssen erst im Abstellraum entdeckt werden (eine Info wäre schön). Ein Schrottgrill steht hinterm Haus. Rummelecken könnten entsorgt werden. Service: welcher Service? Keinen weiteren erwartet. Schlüsselübergabe hat funktioniert.

Soffan nedsutten gick ej att sitta i någon längre stund, sängen extremt obekväm. Wifi krånglade. Kaffebryggaren trasig, man fick hålla in filterbehållaren under bryggningen. Ostädat och odiskat när vi kom, fett och flottiga ytor. Det som utlovas på hemsidan stämmer inte överens med verkligheten tyvörr. Där ser stugan nyrenoverad ut men i verkligheten väldigt ofräsch och det känns som ingen brytt sig. Besiktar ni inte stugan innan? Grillen obrukbar och rostig säkert inte rengjord på flera år. Läget och personal trevligt. Men i stort känns det som en besvikelse att inte få det man betalar för. Inte ens i närheten. När vi kom fanns inte ens nycklar till stugan utan vi fick ringa ert journummer för att hamna i lång telefonkö . Mvh Lena Öberg

Et lille sommerhus med den dejligste placering. Det er uden luksus men rent og pænt, hvilket efter vores mening har den største værdi. Der er fin plads til to voksne og to børn. Vi kommer helt sikkert igen.
