House/Residence

Single-family house, built in 1980. 500 m from the sea. Private: natural state property 1'300 m2. Terrace (45 m2), barbecue. In the house: washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking at the house. Grocery 150 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Hjørring

Small, busy town with 26'000 inhabitants, in the northern part of the region 15 km, 50 km north from Ålborg, 60 km south from Skagen. In the resort: shopping centre, supermarket, shops, bakery, boutiques, post office, bank, restaurant, bar, museum. Indoor aquatic centre, sauna. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Sights Vendsyssel Historiske Museum.

Summer

Sandy beach, 4 km long, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children, 15 km from the resort. Surfing. Golf course 9 hole 8 km. Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles and mountain bikes for hire. In north-western Jutland, all the way from Skagen in the north to Agger in the south you can experience some of the finest, whitest and broadest sandy beaches in Northern Europe. Small, picturesque holiday towns are situated all the way along the coast. Some places it is still possible to watch the fishermen as they drag their boats up on the beach, as it has been done for hundreds of years. At Grenen, the northernmost point of Denmark, you can place each of your feet in different oceans, The Skagerak and the Kattegat. Anywhere along the coast you can enjoy some of the most scenic sunsets over the North Sea.

Huset var pænt og rent. Ligger på en dejlig ugeneret grund. Gode møbler og senge. God gåafstand til byen.

Sehr gepflegtes, gemütliches Ferienhaus mit schönem Blick von der Terrasse und nicht weit von der beeindruckenden Steilküste. Möbel und Betten in gutem Zustand, alles war sauber, alles funktionierte, nichts fehlte (ein Gefrierfach im Kühlschrank haben wir ein wenig vermisst). Zugänge zum Strand gibt es wegen der heftigen Erosion nur im Ortszentrum von Lönstrup und dann wieder südlich von Rubjerg Knude. Zum Wandern und Radfahren (wenn mal wenig Wind weht) ist die Gegend ideal, hier und da hügeliger als erwartet, in Lönstrup gibt es ausreichende Möglichkeiten, sich zu verköstigen, viele Kunsthandwerker/Künstler und einen kleinen, aber gut sortierten SPAR für den täglichen Einkauf, der gleichzeitig als Bäcker und Pölserbude fungiert. Ausflüge: Hirtshals und Lökken sind ca. 15km entfernt und lohnenswert, an die Spitze von Skagen fährt man eine gute Stunde (70km). Nach Rubjerg Knude kann man in weniger als einer Stunde wandern, immer an der Steilküste entlang und mit der gebotenen Vorsicht. Aalborg ist auch einen oder zwei Tagesausflüge wert.

Das Haus liegt auf einer kleinen Anhöhe und dadurch ist man gut abgegrenzt zu den Nachbarn. Obwohl es in der Nähe zur Durchgangsstraße liegt, war es sehr ruhig. Man ist in 5 Minuten fußläufig bei der Marup Kirke. Ca. 45 Minuten bei Rubjerg Knude. Das Haus ist nicht ganz neu, aber sehr gepflegt und liebevoll, gemütlich eingerichtet.Das Haus ist nicht komplett eingezäunt. Der Dorfkern und die Geschäfte sind in 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
