House/Residence

Single-family house, built in 1960. 200 m from the sea. Private: natural state property 1'200 m2. Outdoor shower, terrace (50 m2), parking at the house. Grocery 200 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Hjørring

Small, busy town with 26'000 inhabitants, in the northern part of the region 15 km, 50 km north from Ålborg, 60 km south from Skagen. In the resort: shopping centre, supermarket, shops, bakery, boutiques, post office, bank, restaurant, bar, museum. Indoor aquatic centre, sauna. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Sights Vendsyssel Historiske Museum.

Summer

Sandy beach, 4 km long, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children, 15 km from the resort. Surfing. Golf course 9 hole 8 km. Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles and mountain bikes for hire. In north-western Jutland, all the way from Skagen in the north to Agger in the south you can experience some of the finest, whitest and broadest sandy beaches in Northern Europe. Small, picturesque holiday towns are situated all the way along the coast. Some places it is still possible to watch the fishermen as they drag their boats up on the beach, as it has been done for hundreds of years. At Grenen, the northernmost point of Denmark, you can place each of your feet in different oceans, The Skagerak and the Kattegat. Anywhere along the coast you can enjoy some of the most scenic sunsets over the North Sea.

Tolle Lage, aber ... Das Ferienhaus liegt wunderschön mit Rundum-Meerblick - inkl. bereit gelegtem Fernglas - positiv die rund um das Haus verteilten Sitzplätze für jede Sonnen- und Windlage (teilweise mit brüchigen Gartenmöbel und (defektem) Billig-Sonnenschirm. Aber das "Innenleben" wirkt sehr antiquiert: die Ausstattung wirkt sehr "zusammengesucht" und wenig aufeinander abgestimmt, Dusche und Toilette sehr eng, alte ausgeleierte, fleckige Sofas. Bei der Ankunft stand ein Staubsauger im Schlafzimmer, keine Besen für Reinigung zwischendurch vorhanden, Toaster vorhanden, aber defekt. Die Info-Mappe für das Haus war zerfleddert und praktisch nicht nutzbar, ohne Hinweise über wichtige Dinge wie Heizung, Ausstattung, Küchengeräte, WLAN-Code praktisch nicht entzifferbar. Innen-Jalousien im Wohnzimmer nur sehr sensibel nutzbar, da nicht richtig fixiert. Küchenausstattung sowie Besteck und Geschirr ausreichend (Messer und Gabel knapp), aber große Pfanne ohne Deckel, allerdings guter Backofen und relativ neue Spülmaschine. Insgesamt ist spürbar, dass das Haus zum Verkauf steht und der Investitionsstau deshalb nicht in Angriff genommen wird. Fazit: Viel zu teure Unterkunft für zu wenig Leistung.

Da vi kom til huset luktet det innestengt og vondt i huset. Masse spindelvev og edderkopper rundt i tak, vegger, skap, under senger osv. Vi måtte be om ny vask, som ble utført to ganger før vi tok resten selv:( Uteområdet mot havet luktet kloakk så vi kunne hverken sitte der eller ha døren åpen siden lukten da kom inn. Beliggenheten er veldig bra, men huset er gammelt og slitt! Anbefales ikke!!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Angefangen von der einfachen Buchung,ein sehr schönes Haus, tolles Wetter, und der gute Service von Sonne und Strand, es war ein schöner Urlaub in Dänemark. Werden nächstes Jahr wiederkommen.

Der hænger nøgle til grill i et skur ved bagdøren. Den fik vi øje på sidste dag efter mange dårlige engangsgrill oplevelser 😂

Vidunderlig beliggenhed og dejligt, rummeligt hus. Vi havde stor glæde af den store terrasse foran. Man burde udskifte de klamme møbler på de øvrige terrasser, da de skæmmer huset.
