Single-family house, built in 2022. 800 m from the sea. Private: natural state property 1'200 m2. In the house: sauna, washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking at the house. Grocery 3.3 km. Golf course 10 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Fjerritslev

Cosy resort with 3'500 inhabitants, in the centre of the region 7 km from the sea, in an idyllic position, 41 km north-west from Thisted, 51 km north-west from Ålborg. In the resort: supermarket, shops, bakery, boutiques, bank, restaurant, bar, museum. Indoor aquatic centre, sauna. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Sights Fjerritslev Brewery, The North Sea Oceanarium Hirtshals 90 km, Kids' club Fårup Sommerland 40 km, lakes nearby.

Summer

All watersports available in Kollerup strand 7 km. Sandy beach, gently sloping, suitable for children, 7 km from the resort. Golf course 18 hole. Minigolf. Riding 8 km. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, mountain bike routes, mountain bikes for hire. In north-western Jutland, all the way from Skagen in the north to Agger in the south you can experience some of the finest, whitest and broadest sandy beaches in Northern Europe. Small, picturesque holiday towns are situated all the way along the coast. Some places it is still possible to watch the fishermen as they drag their boats up on the beach, as it has been done for hundreds of years. At Grenen, the northernmost point of Denmark, you can place each of your feet in different oceans, The Skagerak and the Kattegat. Anywhere along the coast you can enjoy some of the most scenic sunsets over the North Sea.

Ein hochwertig gebautes Haus in schöner, natürlicher und ruhiger Umgebung. Die Bäder sind schön und funktional, beide Duschen haben inzwischen Glaswände und Vorhänge bekommen. Im Garten sind viele Bäume, hauptsächlich Kiefern, in denen sich auch oft Meisen und andere Vögel blicken lassen. Ums Haus geht eine breite Terrasse. Es gibt keinen gemähten Rasen, sondern Gräser, Wildblumen und Sträucher. Auf der Terrasse sahen wir auch mal eine Kröte und eine Eidechse. Leider gab es nur einen Gasgrill (mit dänischem Anschluss), keinen Holzkohlengrill. Schön wäre auch noch eine Klimaanlage, da es bei längerer Sonneneinstrahlung wirklich sehr warm wird (große Fensterfront nach Süden). Der große Fernseher hat keinen Satellitenempfang für deutsche Programme, dafür aber u.A. die ARD- und ZDF-App, mit denen man die Senderfamilien empfangen kann (die „Dritten“, ARTE usw.). Mit Glück ist noch jemand bei Netflix oder Prime angemeldet 🙂

Wir haben zwei Wochen im august hier Urlaub gemacht und es sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr schön und bietet viel Platz, wir waren ein paar Tage zu sechst, zu viert zu dritt und ein paar Tage auch nur zu zweit. Die Umgebung lädt zum Entspannen und Erholen ein und genau das haben wir getan. Das Haus ist sehr neu und schlicht und schön gebaut und eingerichtet, irgendwie auch hier ein bisschen dänische Architektur, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Sommerhuset er bare perfekt og skønt. Der er gardiner for de fleste af vinduerne. Vi ville ønske det var mørklægnings gardiner i sove rummene. Der mangler solvogne samt en parasol Stille og roligt område.
