Location Description Fjerritslev

Cosy resort with 3'500 inhabitants, in the centre of the region 7 km from the sea, in an idyllic position, 41 km north-west from Thisted, 51 km north-west from Ålborg. In the resort: supermarket, shops, bakery, boutiques, bank, restaurant, bar, museum. Indoor aquatic centre, sauna. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Sights Fjerritslev Brewery, The North Sea Oceanarium Hirtshals 90 km, Kids' club Fårup Sommerland 40 km, lakes nearby.

Summer

All watersports available in Kollerup strand 7 km. Sandy beach, gently sloping, suitable for children, 7 km from the resort. Golf course 18 hole. Minigolf. Riding 8 km. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, mountain bike routes, mountain bikes for hire. In north-western Jutland, all the way from Skagen in the north to Agger in the south you can experience some of the finest, whitest and broadest sandy beaches in Northern Europe. Small, picturesque holiday towns are situated all the way along the coast. Some places it is still possible to watch the fishermen as they drag their boats up on the beach, as it has been done for hundreds of years. At Grenen, the northernmost point of Denmark, you can place each of your feet in different oceans, The Skagerak and the Kattegat. Anywhere along the coast you can enjoy some of the most scenic sunsets over the North Sea.

Vi havde en rigtig dejlig ferie. Huset var der ikke mange fingre st sætte på, dog kunne et udskift af armaturer godt være ønsket - de var svære at åbne og lukke ordentligt. Men udover det en fortræffelig ramme om en dejlig uge.

Das Ferienhaus kann nicht dem Standart von "Sonne und Strand" entsprechen. Als wir ankamen, roch es im Wohnzimmer nach Urin. Der Teppich war zerschlissen, fleckig, gefühlt 20 Jahre alt! Einige Heizkörper verrostet und zwischen Heizung und Wand alles voller Spinnengewebe. Aussenlicht hatte einen Wackelkontakt, die Wände fleckig. Überall roch es muffig und der Höhepunkt war eine Nacht, in der es bei Regen durch das Dach in das Kinderzimmer regnete. Ich hab frühzeitig eine Email an Sonne und Strand geschickt, ohne Reaktion, Telefon - keine Abnahme! Erst nach der dritten Email kam eine entschuldigende Reaktion und man versprach Abhilfe aber da war der Urlaub schon fast vorbei. Das reichte uns dann und wir sind etwas früher abgereist.

Nicht zu empfehlen......Verwohnt ist noch milde ausgedrückt In unmittelbarer Nähe eine Baustelle nach der anderen,Parkplatz vom Hotel direkt vor dem Haus...unzumutbar!!!!!
