Cosy resort with 3'500 inhabitants, in the centre of the region 7 km from the sea, in an idyllic position, 41 km north-west from Thisted, 51 km north-west from Ålborg. In the resort: supermarket, shops, bakery, boutiques, bank, restaurant, bar, museum. Indoor aquatic centre, sauna. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Sights Fjerritslev Brewery, The North Sea Oceanarium Hirtshals 90 km, Kids' club Fårup Sommerland 40 km, lakes nearby.

Summer

All watersports available in Kollerup strand 7 km. Sandy beach, gently sloping, suitable for children, 7 km from the resort. Golf course 18 hole. Minigolf. Riding 8 km. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, mountain bike routes, mountain bikes for hire. In north-western Jutland, all the way from Skagen in the north to Agger in the south you can experience some of the finest, whitest and broadest sandy beaches in Northern Europe. Small, picturesque holiday towns are situated all the way along the coast. Some places it is still possible to watch the fishermen as they drag their boats up on the beach, as it has been done for hundreds of years. At Grenen, the northernmost point of Denmark, you can place each of your feet in different oceans, The Skagerak and the Kattegat. Anywhere along the coast you can enjoy some of the most scenic sunsets over the North Sea.

Sommerhuset er perfekt til ferie med hund idet haven er indhegnet og iøvrigt ugeneret. Hyggeligt udendørs overdække med sofa. Grillen udenfor trængte virkelig til en ordentlig rengøring.. Udvendigt træværk trængte flere steder til en kærlig hånd. Men når det er sagt, så fungerede alt super indendøre bl.a. et meget velfungerende køkken med alt i udstyr!

Wunderschöne Lage inmitten der Natur, tolle Wandermöglichkeiten in der Nähe inkl. Hundewald. Die etwas weitere Anfahrt zum Einkaufen und an den Strand haben wir dafür gerne in Kauf genommen. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet, die Betten waren gut und vor allem hat uns das Außengelände mit den unterschiedlichen Sitzmöglichkeiten begeistert. Dort findet man zu jeder Tageszeit Sonnen- und Schattenplätze und für den Hund war die Einzäunung wirklich prima.

En skøn ferie i et dejligt sommerhus. Det ligger ugeneret, hvilket var et must for os. Det er virkelig et skønt område, og vi kommer meget gerne igen. Perfekt med mindre børn, da legepladsen ligger tæt på og der er stisystem fra huset. Der er mange gode naturoplevelser i nærheden.
