Single-family house, built in 1981. 400 m from the sea. Private: natural state property 1'700 m2. Terrace (15 m2), parking at the house. Grocery 1.6 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Bindslev

Small resort with 1'040 inhabitants, in the western part of the region 7 m from the sea, on a river (Uggerby Å), 20 km north-east from Hjørring, 37 km south-west from Skagen, 70 km north from Ålborg. In the resort: grocery, post office, bar. Indoor aquatic centre, fitness centre, sauna at 20 km. Besides: pharmacy 9 km, doctor. More possibilities for shopping 20 km. Sights The North Sea Oceanarium Hirtshals 16 km, Kids' club Fårup Sommerland 60 km, lakes nearby.

Summer

All watersports available in Tversted strand 7 km. Sandy beach, with beach facilities, suitable for children, 7 km from the resort. Surfing. Golf course 18 hole in Hirtshals 13 km. Minigolf 6 km. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, mountain bike routes. In north-western Jutland, all the way from Skagen in the north to Agger in the south you can experience some of the finest, whitest and broadest sandy beaches in Northern Europe. Small, picturesque holiday towns are situated all the way along the coast. Some places it is still possible to watch the fishermen as they drag their boats up on the beach, as it has been done for hundreds of years. At Grenen, the northernmost point of Denmark, you can place each of your feet in different oceans, The Skagerak and the Kattegat. Anywhere along the coast you can enjoy some of the most scenic sunsets over the North Sea.

Es ist ein älteres Sommerhaus, das leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Viele Dinge wären sicherlich einfach zu beheben. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt, da die Lage hervorragend ist, da fussläufig die Hauptstraße von Tannis/Tversted mit den Strandkiosken gut zu erreichen ist, aber auch der Strand ist gut durch die Dünen zu erreichen und dies auch fast ebenerdig am Bachlauf entlang

Ein süßes kleines, etwas älteres Haus in einer Ferienhaus-Siedlung nahe Tversted erwartete uns als Urlauber. Wer den neuesten Stand der Technik erwartet ist hier leider nicht ganz richtig, wir haben aber nichts vermisst. W-Lan und TV funktionieren ohne Probleme. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist, genau wie das Haus, älter aber funktioniert. Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle, Herd und ein kleiner Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach sind ausreichend für 2 Erwachsene und Kinder. Für eine größere Gruppe von Erwachsenen ist das Haus nicht geeignet. Das Highlight für uns ist die kleine Anhöhe hinter dem Haus mit der Bank gewesen. Von dort hat man einen wunderbaren Ausblick und sogar Meerblick. Die Sonnenuntergänge dort zu beobachten, war traumhaft.

Das Haus ist einfach aber hat alles was man braucht um einen schönen Urlaub in Dänemark zu verbringen. Es liegt nah am Strand und schön ruhig...einige Dinge sind nicht mehr ganz heile,diese sind aber nicht lebenswichtig eher fürs Auge...Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt...schade das man nur einen Hund mit nehmen darf...
