Single-family house, built in 2005. 500 m from the sea. Private: natural state property 2'000 m2. Terrace (75 m2), barbecue, children's playground (swing). In the house: washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking at the house. Grocery 1 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Strandby

Small fishing village with 2'300 inhabitants, in the northern part of the region, directly by the sea, 9 km north from Frederikshavn. In the resort: grocery. Indoor aquatic centre, wellness centre, sauna at 9 km. Besides: pharmacy 9 km, doctor 500 m. More possibilities for shopping and entertainment 9 km. Sights Palmestranden 7 km, Kids' club Fun House Frederikshavn 8 km, lakes nearby.

Summer

Beach, gently sloping, suitable for children, 1 km from the resort. Sandy beach, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children, 4 km from the resort. Sports harbour in 500 m. Golf course 18 hole in Frederikshavn 7 km. Minigolf 6 km. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths. Bicycle paths. North-eastern Jutland is famous for its small cosy seaside towns with the lively harbours and the many child-friendly beaches. Here the water is shallow and the sea, the Kattegat, shows the best side of its character. Some places, the white sandy beaches are replaced by water-meadows and lagoons with a rich bird life. The hinterland is characterized by large moors, hilly landscapes and plantations. Here you will also find many old and interesting village churches, castles, manor houses and historic monuments.

Schönes Ferienhaus in guter Lage. Mit grosser Terrasse und gut möbiliert. Überall Rollos an den Fenstern. TV über Satellit, viele deutsche Sender.

Hallo, das Haus war gut und entsprach unseren Erwartungen. Ich bezahle sehr gerne einen angemessenen Betrag für die Endreinigung, erwarte allerdings auch ein ordentlich gereinigtes Haus bei meiner Ankunft. Und das war nicht so!! Der notwendige Telefonkontakt/email entsprach nicht meiner Erwartung. Es wäre super, wenn bei der Ankunft nach einer langen Reise zumindest Klopapier vorhanden wäre. Es gibt beim Service also reichlich Luft nach oben. Sommerpause in Dänemark gerne wieder, aber mit „Sonne und Strand“ ich glaube nicht. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Peter Friesen

Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und geschmackvoll eingerichtet .Es war alles sehr sauber und auch gepflegt. Ich kann dieses Haus nur empfehlen. Bei Gelegenheiten werde ich dieses Haus wieder buchen.

Vi, bedsteforældre, børn, børnebørn og grandonkel - aldersmæssigt fra 9 - 87 år, ialt 7 personer, ankom til det dejlige sommerhus, Nørtvedvej 56 i Bratten. Vi var alle meget begejstrede for huset og omgivelserne, og som ugen gik blev vores begejstring ikke mindre. Huset er virkeligt lækkert, virker fuldstændigt nyrenoveret, og vi manglede absolut ingenting. Hvis det ikke var, fordi vi gerne vil se andre dele af Danmark, vil vi meget gerne komme igen.
