House/Residence

Single-family house, built in 1974. 600 m from the sea. Private: natural state property 2'500 m2. Terrace (43 m2), barbecue, children's playground (slide, swing). In the house: washing machine. Parking at the house. Grocery 500 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Strandby

Small fishing village with 2'300 inhabitants, in the northern part of the region, directly by the sea, 9 km north from Frederikshavn. In the resort: grocery. Indoor aquatic centre, wellness centre, sauna at 9 km. Besides: pharmacy 9 km, doctor 500 m. More possibilities for shopping and entertainment 9 km. Sights Palmestranden 7 km, Kids' club Fun House Frederikshavn 8 km, lakes nearby.

Summer

Beach, gently sloping, suitable for children, 1 km from the resort. Sandy beach, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children, 4 km from the resort. Sports harbour in 500 m. Golf course 18 hole in Frederikshavn 7 km. Minigolf 6 km. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths. Bicycle paths. North-eastern Jutland is famous for its small cosy seaside towns with the lively harbours and the many child-friendly beaches. Here the water is shallow and the sea, the Kattegat, shows the best side of its character. Some places, the white sandy beaches are replaced by water-meadows and lagoons with a rich bird life. The hinterland is characterized by large moors, hilly landscapes and plantations. Here you will also find many old and interesting village churches, castles, manor houses and historic monuments.

Have var indhegnet og privat, huset var godt indrettet og udnyttet Pro: Hårde hvidevare var nye og meget pæne, gode senge og dør, der kan lukkes mellem værelser og stue, var dejligt. Skønt område at gå tur i, og der er ikke langt til Fr.havn og Skagen.\nVores forventninger blev helt indfriet og lidt mere til. Contra: Affaldssortering - vi gør det gerne, men savnede meget en spand med låg til madaffald. Fint at almindelige poser kan bruges til det, men den har så ingen plads.\n

Das Haus ist ganz toll eingerichtet, es war sauber bei Ankunft und wir haben uns für die netten Zeilen und die bereitgestellten Getränke sehr gefreut. Das Grundstück ist eingezäunt und toll angelegt, in der Garage sind Spiele und Wäscheständer und Putzintensilien. Dort kann man auch seine Fahrräder sicher abstellen. Das Haus selbst ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Lediglich die ganzen Dekorationen und Blumen auf der Fensterbank empfanden wir als „anstrengend“, da die Jalousien sich damit schwer hoch-und runterziehen ließen. Außerdem ist das Bad im Gegensatz zum Rest des Hauses wirklich enttäuschend. Der Abfluss am Waschbecken macht laute Geräusche und der Abfluss riecht etwas. Dafür ist aber das Wohnzimmer und vor allem die Küche sehr toll und die Schlafzimmer haben alle einen Kleiderschrank. Der Strand ist fussläufig erreichbar, allerdings muss man 15 Minuten einplanen, also nichts für Leute, die ihre liege oder sonistiges mitnehmen wollen. Man kann aber am Bratten Strand parken. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden für unseren Wochenaufenthalt. Danke an die Besitzer!

Der er ikke meget at se på. Fantastisk flot og ren strand,men der mangler en beskrivelse hvor man kan gå til stranden. De 600m til strand er misvisende.
