Single-family house, built in 1998. 100 m from the sea. For shared use: garden. Private: natural state property 1'503 m2, garden (fenced). Terrace (50 m2), barbecue. In the house: sauna, trampoline, washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking at the house. Grocery 7 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Sæby

Small, picturesque town with 8'900 inhabitants, in the centre of the region, directly by the sea, on a river, 15 km south from Fredrikshavn. In the resort: supermarket, shops, bakery, boutiques, bank, restaurant, bar, museum. Indoor aquatic centre. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Sights Sæby Glaspusteri 500 m.

Summer

Sandy beach, 3 m long, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children, 500 m from the resort. Sports harbour. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles and mountain bikes for hire. North-eastern Jutland is famous for its small cosy seaside towns with the lively harbours and the many child-friendly beaches. Here the water is shallow and the sea, the Kattegat, shows the best side of its character. Some places, the white sandy beaches are replaced by water-meadows and lagoons with a rich bird life. The hinterland is characterized by large moors, hilly landscapes and plantations. Here you will also find many old and interesting village churches, castles, manor houses and historic monuments.

Not 50 m, more like 150 m from the beach. The house is in desperate need of renovation. There is mold in the shower, our child got splinters from the livingroom floor and terrace. The terrace floor needs to be replaced asap and it was also dirty and full of Moss, not very Nice to stay outside… Lots of bugs outside as well so we could not keep the Windows open. House is clean and well equipped. The beds are awful; mattresses are old, Thin and lumpy, and the beds are creeky and very small for 2 grown ups. The loft is unsecured and this in addition to the risk of splinters from both inside and outside flooring I would say this House is NOT kid friendly. Location is Nice, but the beach was entirely covered with burning jellyfish, making it impossible to go for a swim

Ein sehr grosses gemütliches Haus mit einem Ausblick aus dem Panoramafenster, der nicht besser sein kann. Die digitale Ausstattung ist auf höchstem Niveau. Lediglich die Qualität der Betten (ohne Lattenrost und auf Spanplatte) ist nicht mehr Dänemarkstyle 2021. Das kann so nicht sein.

Vi var plaget af ekstrem mange flyve myrer alle 14 dage. Have møbler og senge trænger til en opgradering. Samtidig kunne det være fint at de flade tallerkener udskiftes, der var 7 STK i forskellige størrelser.
