Single-family house, built in 2007. 1 km from the sea. Private: natural state property 5'500 m2, indoor pool (3 x 6 m, 18 m2, depth 150 - 150 cm). Terrace (60 m2), barbecue, children's playground (swing). In the house: sauna, trampoline, washing machine. Parking at the house. E-charging station. Grocery 9 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Sæby

Small, picturesque town with 8'900 inhabitants, in the centre of the region, directly by the sea, on a river, 15 km south from Fredrikshavn. In the resort: supermarket, shops, bakery, boutiques, bank, restaurant, bar, museum. Indoor aquatic centre. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Sights Sæby Glaspusteri 500 m.

Summer

Sandy beach, 3 m long, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children, 500 m from the resort. Sports harbour. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles and mountain bikes for hire. North-eastern Jutland is famous for its small cosy seaside towns with the lively harbours and the many child-friendly beaches. Here the water is shallow and the sea, the Kattegat, shows the best side of its character. Some places, the white sandy beaches are replaced by water-meadows and lagoons with a rich bird life. The hinterland is characterized by large moors, hilly landscapes and plantations. Here you will also find many old and interesting village churches, castles, manor houses and historic monuments.

Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und konnten den Urlaub genießen. Haus ist super ausgestattet. Nur der Weg zum nächsten Bäcker war mit ca. 7 km doch recht weit

It's a really nice luxurious house, nicely secluded, spacious, cozy, stylish and very nice to have both a pool, jacuzzi, sauna and kids play area, plus a giant garden, forest and a great harbour nearby, beautiful peaceful nature, and enough things to do and explore. We had some issues, but Sol og Strand handled them very efficiently and politely and made sure we were happy with everything. We will definitely recommend this place. It is great. we were 3 adults and 5 kids, and had sufficient space.

Unser Urlaub sollte der Erholung dienen. Dies konnten wir hier voll und ganz auskosten. Das Ferienhaus war sehr gut eingerichtet. Es war alles vorhanden. Auch an unsere kleinen wurde gedacht, denn Wasserbälle und Schwimmflügel waren vorhanden gewesen. Der Pool war selbstverständlich unser persönliches Highlight und wurde jeden Tag genutzt. Die Umgebung bekommt von uns 4 Sterne, da wir mit dem Fahrrad mit kleinen Kindern nicht so viel unternehmen konnten. Wir empfehlen dieses Ferienhaus gern weiter.

Sehr schönes gepflegtes Haus, nur an Brennholz für den Kamin sollte man denken in der Winterzeit, ansonsten wird es schnell kalt in der Nacht wenn man die Heizung runter regelt. Ansonsten fehlt es an nichts im Haus. Kommen gern nochmal wieder 👍

Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, ist hier richtig. Ein großes, wenig einsehbares Grundstück. Sehr gepflegtes, sauberes Ferienhaus, toll war der separate Poolraum (mit Extra-Bad). Terrasse großzügig bemessen. Gute Ausstattung der Küche (vielleicht eigene Topflappen mitbringen). 2 Bäder, 3 Schlafzimmer (Matratzen noch neu) sind Luxus, wenn man zu zweit da ist. Die Wärmepumpe hat konstant für eine angenehme Temperatur im gesamten Haus gesorgt, da brauchten wir nicht mal den Kaminofen. Stromverbrauch ist im Rahmen der Vorauszahlung geblieben. Und es störte nicht, dass es keinen deutschen TV-Empfang gab. Guter Service: Der Schlüssel muss nicht in einem Büro abgeholt/zurückgegeben werden. Ebenfalls gut: Bei der Anreise kam eine SMS, dass das Haus bezugsfertig ist.

4 voksne (25-35år) og et barn på 2år. Fantastisk hus, flotte bad, trampoline og huskestativ i hagen var perfekt for 2åringen. Perfekt beliggenhet for oss - huset ligger litt for seg selv og uten innsyn fra naboer. Kort vei (10min bilkjøring) til et stort utvalg av matbutikker og andre butikker. 25min bilkjøring til Frederikshavn med gågate, shopping og restauranter. Sæby er en nydelig og rolig plass.

Fantastisk sted å feriere for voksne og småbarnsfamilier. Utrolig rikt dyreliv. Sengene var ikke av beste kvalitet, ei heller solskjerming på soveromsvinduer for små barn som skal sove.

Skønt hus. Lækkert renoveret. Virkeligt dejligt at poolen er i seperat afdeling. Klar anbefaling.
