Single-family house, built in 1966. 200 m from the sea. Private: property 1'000 m2, well-kept garden. Terrace (60 m2), barbecue, children's playground (swing). In the house: sauna, washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking at the house. Carport. E-charging station. Grocery 8 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Sæby

Small, picturesque town with 8'900 inhabitants, in the centre of the region, directly by the sea, on a river, 15 km south from Fredrikshavn. In the resort: supermarket, shops, bakery, boutiques, bank, restaurant, bar, museum. Indoor aquatic centre. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Sights Sæby Glaspusteri 500 m.

Summer

Sandy beach, 3 m long, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children, 500 m from the resort. Sports harbour. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles and mountain bikes for hire. North-eastern Jutland is famous for its small cosy seaside towns with the lively harbours and the many child-friendly beaches. Here the water is shallow and the sea, the Kattegat, shows the best side of its character. Some places, the white sandy beaches are replaced by water-meadows and lagoons with a rich bird life. The hinterland is characterized by large moors, hilly landscapes and plantations. Here you will also find many old and interesting village churches, castles, manor houses and historic monuments.

Ein sehr schönes, freundlich eingerichtetes Ferienhaus mit viel Licht durch die großen Fenster. Wir haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt und würden es wieder buchen. Viel Platz im und um das Haus. Den Strand hat man in 3-4 Minuten erreicht.

Das Haus haben wir schon zweimal gebucht. Uns gefällt es sehr gut, hier fühlen wir uns wohl. Besonders im lichten, freundlichen Essraum halten wir uns sehr gerne auf! Das Grundstück reichte für unsere Bedürfnisse vollkommen aus, auch die großzügige Terrasse haben wir gerne genutzt. Manchmal wünschten wir uns eine Überdachung, so dass man noch mehr Zeit draußen verbringen kann. In diesem Haus findet man ausreichend Platz in den Schränken, man sollte aber wissen, dass die Stockbetten für Erwachsene nicht so gut geeignet sind. Die Auflagen für die Liegen und Gartenstühle könnten eine Reinigung vertragen, ebenso die Matratzeschoner und einige Kissen. Auch die Spülmaschine reinigt nicht "spurenlos" - da müsste mal nachgeschaut werden, warum.

Ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus, zwei Sterne Abzug einmal für die Doppelbetten die einfach durchgelegen sind. Der andere Stern für die Sauberkeit, nachdem wir im Büro angerufen haben wurde uns gesagt das wir dies gleich zu Anfang an hätten machen sollen. Wissen wir dann für das nächste mal. 😉

Sehr schönes Haus. Kurzer Weg zum Strand. Bei Ankunft war das Haus leider nicht so gut gereinigt (Krümel auf den Sofas, schmutzige Bettauflagen, schmutzige Fenster, Spinnweben und tote Käfer in den Ecken, schmutzige Spiegel und Waschbecken). Haben wir also erstmal geputzt und die Bettauflagen gewaschen. Die Kopfkissen sollten mal erneuert werden (Flecken), die Betten waren aber sehr bequem. Im Großen und ganzen aber ein tolles Haus. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub.

das Haus ist toll, ideal die Strandnähe. Strandsituation hervorragend. Das Gestell der Schaukel ist renovierungsbedürftig - die obere Trasse ist angebrochen und sollte aus Sicherheitsgründen dringend erneuert werden.
