Single-family house, built in 1982. 150 m from the sea. Private: property 500 m2. Outdoor shower, barbecue. In the house: washing machine. Parking at the house. Grocery 2.5 km. Golf course 9.1 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Sæby

Small, picturesque town with 8'900 inhabitants, in the centre of the region, directly by the sea, on a river, 15 km south from Fredrikshavn. In the resort: supermarket, shops, bakery, boutiques, bank, restaurant, bar, museum. Indoor aquatic centre. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Sights Sæby Glaspusteri 500 m.

Summer

Sandy beach, 3 m long, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children, 500 m from the resort. Sports harbour. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles and mountain bikes for hire. North-eastern Jutland is famous for its small cosy seaside towns with the lively harbours and the many child-friendly beaches. Here the water is shallow and the sea, the Kattegat, shows the best side of its character. Some places, the white sandy beaches are replaced by water-meadows and lagoons with a rich bird life. The hinterland is characterized by large moors, hilly landscapes and plantations. Here you will also find many old and interesting village churches, castles, manor houses and historic monuments.

Das Haus ist deutlich kleiner als wie es auf den Bildern wirkt. Die Möbel, Sitzgelegenheiten, Kochutensilien, Besteck und Geschirr sind sehr herunter gekommen. Das Doppelbett ist nur ein 1,40m. Zur Ofenreinigung gibt es kein Ofenbesteck oder Ascheeimer. TV Nutzung ist nur mit Bezahlung möglich. Wir haben unseren Urlaub eher abgebrochen aufgrund der Bedingungen in diesem Ferienhaus. Die Frau im Servicebüro ging auf unsere Beschwerden leider nicht ein.

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, ein schön eingerichtetes, gemütliches Ferienhaus, auch der Strand war wunderschön. Allerdings war das Ferienhaus etwas zu teuer, ein Geschirrspüler wäre für den Preis gut gewesen und die Sicherung beim Kochen ist ständig rausgeflogen. Da ist noch Verbesserungspotenzial, ansonsten ein tolles Ferienhaus!
