Single-family house, built in 1999. 350 m from the sea. Private: natural state property 2'960 m2, indoor pool (3 x 7 m, 2'2.5 m2, depth 150 - 150 cm). Barbecue (swing). In the house: sauna, washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking at the house. Carport. Grocery 8 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Sæby

Small, picturesque town with 8'900 inhabitants, in the centre of the region, directly by the sea, on a river, 15 km south from Fredrikshavn. In the resort: supermarket, shops, bakery, boutiques, bank, restaurant, bar, museum. Indoor aquatic centre. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Sights Sæby Glaspusteri 500 m.

Summer

Sandy beach, 3 m long, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children, 500 m from the resort. Sports harbour. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles and mountain bikes for hire. North-eastern Jutland is famous for its small cosy seaside towns with the lively harbours and the many child-friendly beaches. Here the water is shallow and the sea, the Kattegat, shows the best side of its character. Some places, the white sandy beaches are replaced by water-meadows and lagoons with a rich bird life. The hinterland is characterized by large moors, hilly landscapes and plantations. Here you will also find many old and interesting village churches, castles, manor houses and historic monuments.

Es ist ein sehr schönes Haus, welches mit persönlichen Dingen liebevoll ausgestattet ist. Der Hit ist das viele Spielzeug im Kinderzimmer und der große Pool mit Rutsche und einem Sternenhimmel. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man im Urlaub braucht. Allerdings ist das Haus von der Raumaufteilung für die angegebene Personenzahl nicht so ganz ideal. Ein SZ mit Doppelbett, ein SZ mit Doppelbett 1,40, ein SZ ca. 5 qm mit 2 Einzelbetten in den Größen 80 cm und 60 cm, Kinderzimmer mit Etagenbett ist Durchgangszimmer ohne Fenster, dazu noch eine Empore für größere 2 Kinder.

Vi kan varmt anbefale dette skønne sommerhus. Det er dejligt velholdt, det skønneste poolområde og lækre ude områder. Massere af underholdning for både små og store. Stor ros til både ejer og sol og strand. Vi ses bestemt igen.
