Single-family house, built in 1972. 400 m from the sea. Private: natural state property 1'694 m2. Barbecue, parking at the house. Carport. Grocery 4 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Sæby

Small, picturesque town with 8'900 inhabitants, in the centre of the region, directly by the sea, on a river, 15 km south from Fredrikshavn. In the resort: supermarket, shops, bakery, boutiques, bank, restaurant, bar, museum. Indoor aquatic centre. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Sights Sæby Glaspusteri 500 m.

Summer

Sandy beach, 3 m long, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children, 500 m from the resort. Sports harbour. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles and mountain bikes for hire. North-eastern Jutland is famous for its small cosy seaside towns with the lively harbours and the many child-friendly beaches. Here the water is shallow and the sea, the Kattegat, shows the best side of its character. Some places, the white sandy beaches are replaced by water-meadows and lagoons with a rich bird life. The hinterland is characterized by large moors, hilly landscapes and plantations. Here you will also find many old and interesting village churches, castles, manor houses and historic monuments.

Et lille sommerhus med potentiale, trænger dog til en kærlig hånd. Men vi holdt en hyggelig efterårsferie i huset, til trods for ovenstående.

Das Haus benötigt dringen eine Renovierung. Es ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Möbel sind zusammen gewürfelt und haben die besten Zeiten schon lange hinter sich. Wir waren schon oft in Dänemark aber so ein Haus in so einem Zustand hatten wir noch nicht. Die Lage ist ok und Lyngsa ist einfach toll.

Der var flere ting vi synes skulle forbedres, en større gril( den var ikke til 6 prs) kun 7 teskeer , vandet løb den forkerte vej ved bruseren så man stod i vand ved håndvasken og manglende rengøring. Selve området var dejligt og frodigt

Unser Urlaub mit Enkelkind war sehr schön in dem tollen Ferienhaus. Hier haben wir in ruhiger Lage einige schöne Tage verbracht. Das Auto hat sich über das Carport gefreut das den Regen abgehalten hat. Leider ließ uns das WLAN im stich. Aber nach einem Telefonat mit Sonne und Strand erhielten wir schnell und unkompliziert einen anderen Zugang zum Internet.

Enkelt og greit sommerhus med gode uteplasser. Rolig sommerhusområde. Fine strender, men dog noe vindutsatt ved vind fra sør/sørøst.
