Single-family house, built in 1996. 175 m from the sea. Private: natural state property 2'400 m2. Terrace (55 m2), barbecue, children's playground (swing). In the house: washing machine. Parking at the house. Grocery 8 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Sæby

Small, picturesque town with 8'900 inhabitants, in the centre of the region, directly by the sea, on a river, 15 km south from Fredrikshavn. In the resort: supermarket, shops, bakery, boutiques, bank, restaurant, bar, museum. Indoor aquatic centre. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Sights Sæby Glaspusteri 500 m.

Summer

Sandy beach, 3 m long, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children, 500 m from the resort. Sports harbour. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles and mountain bikes for hire. North-eastern Jutland is famous for its small cosy seaside towns with the lively harbours and the many child-friendly beaches. Here the water is shallow and the sea, the Kattegat, shows the best side of its character. Some places, the white sandy beaches are replaced by water-meadows and lagoons with a rich bird life. The hinterland is characterized by large moors, hilly landscapes and plantations. Here you will also find many old and interesting village churches, castles, manor houses and historic monuments.

Das Ferienhaus ist wirklich großzügig und der Garten ist der Hammer. Besonders für Kinder toll und man hat sie durch die vielen Fenster immer im Blick. Das Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet, es gibt sogar einen Mixer für Smoothies und die Lage ist ideal, ruckzuck ist man am Strand. Zudem ist es sehr ruhig und nicht touristisch und Saeby ist mit dem Auto in 10 Minuten erreichbar (dort gibt es die beste Eisdiele). Praktisch war auch, dass es eine Draußendusche (auch Warmwasser) gibt, so kann man den ganzen Sand zunächst abspülen und schleppt ihn nicht mit ins Haus. Einzig und allein das Bad und vor allem die Dusche sind mini. Mein Mann (1,93) hatte große Probleme und vor allem für korpulentere Menschen wäre das nichts. Es gibt keine erhöhte Ablage für Duschgel etc und man kann sich nicht bücken und die Sachen vom Boden aufheben, so eng ist es. Ferner muss man aufpassen beim Duschen nicht das ganze Bad zu fluten. Ansonsten ist es ein tolles mit viel Liebe eingerichtetes Ferienhaus und das Beste:wir haben super geschlafen, das große Bett ist mega bequem!

Ein älteres aber schönes Ferienhaus. Alles was man braucht ist eigentlich vorhanden! Das Haus hat zwar ein älteres Inventar, aber alles ordentlich und heil. Drei sehr geräumige Schlafzimmer mit sauberen Bettzeug und großen Schränken mit viel Platz. Ein sehr großes Grundstück mit gemütlichen Ecken zum verweilen.

Das Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Besonders die Außendusche ist der Knüller. Wir haben die Innendusche kaum benutzt. Auch das naturbelassene Grundstück war, besonders für unsere Enkeltochter, ein Erlebnis. Viele Sitzecken hat das Haus. Eine Ecke haben wir für unsere Enkelkinder genutzt, sodass wir uns nicht gegenseitig gestört haben. Einzige Manko, was ich auch gemeldet habe, war, dass fast alle Schränke und Schubladen vom Besitzer genutzt wurden, sodass wir kaum Platz für unsere Sachen hatten. Aber, wir haben uns damit abgefunden. Sonst war alles in allem sehr schön. Wir haben das Haus gleich für das nächste Jahr wieder gebucht.
