Terrace 12 m2, roofed. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. 813-188916

House/Residence

Single-family house, built in 1976. 700 m from the sea. Private: natural state property 1'200 m2. Children's playground (swing), parking at the house. Carport. Grocery 8 km. Golf course 5 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Sæby

Small, picturesque town with 8'900 inhabitants, in the centre of the region, directly by the sea, on a river, 15 km south from Fredrikshavn. In the resort: supermarket, shops, bakery, boutiques, bank, restaurant, bar, museum. Indoor aquatic centre. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Sights Sæby Glaspusteri 500 m.

Summer

Sandy beach, 3 m long, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children, 500 m from the resort. Sports harbour. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles and mountain bikes for hire. North-eastern Jutland is famous for its small cosy seaside towns with the lively harbours and the many child-friendly beaches. Here the water is shallow and the sea, the Kattegat, shows the best side of its character. Some places, the white sandy beaches are replaced by water-meadows and lagoons with a rich bird life. The hinterland is characterized by large moors, hilly landscapes and plantations. Here you will also find many old and interesting village churches, castles, manor houses and historic monuments.

Ein sehr schönes, kleines und gemütliches Ferienhaus! Das Häuschen ist einfach, funktional und mit allem ausgestattet, was es für einen gelungenen Urlaub braucht. Toll ist auch die sehr ruhige Lage in herrlicher Natur, etwas abgelegen und mit genug Abstand/Sichtschutz zu Nachbarn. Für Paare oder kleine Familien, die keinen großen Luxus brauchen und mal richtig ausspannen möchten, ist das Haus optimal. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und waren sicher nicht das letzte Mal da!

Einfaches, sauberes, gemütliches Haus. Schöner breiter Strand. Saeby und Frederikshavn sind tolle Ausflugsziele und nicht weit weg.
