Single-family house, built in 1969. 150 m from the sea. Private: natural state property 3'000 m2. Terrace (35 m2), barbecue, children's playground. In the house: sauna, table football, washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking at the house. Grocery 2 km. Golf course 7 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Sæby

Small, picturesque town with 8'900 inhabitants, in the centre of the region, directly by the sea, on a river, 15 km south from Fredrikshavn. In the resort: supermarket, shops, bakery, boutiques, bank, restaurant, bar, museum. Indoor aquatic centre. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Sights Sæby Glaspusteri 500 m.

Summer

Sandy beach, 3 m long, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children, 500 m from the resort. Sports harbour. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles and mountain bikes for hire. North-eastern Jutland is famous for its small cosy seaside towns with the lively harbours and the many child-friendly beaches. Here the water is shallow and the sea, the Kattegat, shows the best side of its character. Some places, the white sandy beaches are replaced by water-meadows and lagoons with a rich bird life. The hinterland is characterized by large moors, hilly landscapes and plantations. Here you will also find many old and interesting village churches, castles, manor houses and historic monuments.

Das Haus entsprach vollkommen unseren Erwartungen und wir fühlten uns sehr wohl! Es war alles vorhanden, was gebraucht wurde und wir genossen die Vorzüge von Sauna, Sprudelbad, Grill und Multiplayer-Tisch sehr :-). Einzig die Betten konnten uns nicht ganz überzeugen, da die Matratzen regelmäßig verrutschten, aber bequem waren sie trotzdem! Als Ausgangslage für Ausflüge in sämtliche Richtungen ist die Unterkunft bestens geeignet. Den Strand hatten wir Anfang Juni für uns allein, traumhaft :-)

Schönes, großes Ferienhaus auf einem großen, quasi nicht einsehbaren Naturgrundstück. Bis zum Strand (über die Dünen) nur wenige Gehminuten. Der Strand ist herrlich, Sand, viele Muscheln. Das Wasser ist bis zur ersten Sandbank nicht besonders tief, eignet sich also auch für Familien mit kleineren Kindern. Wir haben dort zwei phantastische, entspannte Wochen verbracht.

Wir (Familie mit 2 Mädchen: 12 und 14 Jahre) haben uns dem Haus extrem wohl gefühlt. Es ist sehr gut gepflegt und auch ausgestattet. Das ließ keine Wünsche offen. Highlight waren die drei Terrassen, die wir nach Sonnenstand auch tatsächlich alle genutzt haben, und der Tischkicker, den wir als Familie extrem oft genutzt haben. Als es am Kicker einen kleinen Defekt gaben, haben sowohl die Mitarbeiterin von Sol og Strand wie auch der Vermieter extrem nett und schnell reagiert und alles wieder ins Lot gebracht. Es war ein toller und sehr erholsamer Urlaub! Der einzige Wermutstropfen war, dass am Strand vor dem Haus vermehrt Feuerquallen aufgetaucht sind. Die sind wir dadurch umgangen, indem wir an einen 3 km weiter im Süden gelegenen Strand gefahren sind. Dieser war durch eine vorgelagerte Sandbank gegen Quallen geschützt, und das Baden hat extrem viel Spass gemacht.
