Single-family house, built in 1980. 1.6 km from the sea. Private: natural state property 1'365 m2. Terrace (16 m2). In the house: washing machine. Parking at the house. Grocery 1.6 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Læsø

Cosy summer holiday resort with 1'800 inhabitants, in the centre of the island, directly by the sea, 30 km south-east from Frederikshavn. In Læsø 1 - 15 km: supermarket, shops, butchery, bakery, boutiques, post office, bank, restaurant, bar, cinema. Wellness centre. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Sights Læsø saltsyderi, Kids' club Storhaven, coach tours. Access: no access to the resort by car, reachable only by boat from Frederikshavn 30 km. Car ferry Frederikshavn - Vesterø Havn.

Summer

Sandy beach, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children. Surfing, canoeing, rowing. Golf course 18 hole. Riding. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles for hire. North-eastern Jutland is famous for its small cosy seaside towns with the lively harbours and the many child-friendly beaches. Here the water is shallow and the sea, the Kattegat, shows the best side of its character. Some places, the white sandy beaches are replaced by water-meadows and lagoons with a rich bird life. The hinterland is characterized by large moors, hilly landscapes and plantations. Here you will also find many old and interesting village churches, castles, manor houses and historic monuments.

Skøn uge på Læsø i et det jeg vil kalde for et rigtigt sommerhus. Helt perfekt beliggenhed og hyggeligt gammelt hus.

Vi kommer helt sikkert til Læsø igen, vi vælger dog ikke det samme hus igen. Huset trænger virkelig til en renovering, hænger overhovedet ikke sammen med prisen. Vi havde valgt selv at gøre rent og her var faciliteterne ikke i orden. Elektriciteten i huset så meget farligt lavet ud.

Huset var meget slidt og trængte til en renovering. Havemøblerne var meget slidte og hynderne ulækre, der var skrællende maling på både havemøbler og terrasse. Madrasserne var slidte og med fordybninger til bagdelen, lamellerne i en af sengene faldt ud af sengen mange gange, huset manglede en grill. Vi prøver et andet hus næste gang😊
